I Received a promo code. Went to redeem it wouldn't work tried 3 times. Granted could be free money spins or a purchase. Then I lost the first agent I was talking with. And then I get a second one, and he's like, well, they don't last forever. Well no kidding, but it didn't work from the gate.. Wouldn't even try to give me a new one. I had a redemption for $100. They only sent me $25 and voided the other $75. I talked to their customer service and this is what they wrote.
"Since the winnings were obtained from Free Play activities (such as daily login rewards, sign-up offers, or complimentary Free Plays), the system automatically applied this rule and limited the redeemable amount to 25."
I had been collecting daily login bonuses and bought a welcome package. When I played and got my redeemable balance to $100, I cashed out. They only sent me $25 and voided the other $75. When I logged into the site, it shows I have less than a $1 balance. So, they did not even give me back the other $75. I have never experience this with any online casino ever.

At first it's a great way to pass time and make some money but I've noticed that as soon as you redeem off of your account then for the next 3 weeks to a month all you do is constantly lose no matter what game you play no matter how much you bet it doesn't matter your going to do nothing but lose and you go from hitting a jackpot every couple days at the most to NEVER hitting one again. So I'm pretty sure as soon as you redeem anything off of your account they flag the account and rig it to where you win just enough to where you can't say you don't win anything...I literally spent 4-500$ and hit maybe 3 spins out of 100 after I redeemed off my account so be very careful it's fun at first but if you plan on redeeming anything DO NOT PLAY ANYMORE AFTER THAT!!!

Stormrush team I did contact them and they have never gotten back to me. I find that ironic really. Considering you have just read my review. Still have not heard back from them and I contacted them on the 6th as well.
I won a decent amount yesterday May 5, 26 and I cashed out what I was allowed. Well I woke up this morning and apparently around 4am they decided to decline my payout method but never returned the money to my account.
