I used to work for this company. Don't trust them. Very shady!

Heather could not have been more helpful. As a manager of people, I can honestly say without reservation, that she is a true asset to your company. We came in at about 5:10, she was gracious, explained everything, secured us a storage unit across town. Called the other location and verified that the code worked. In your business, the people you have are the face of your company, and she made y'all look good. Also, the unit itself and the building are immaculate.

This will be the 3rd or 4th time I have used this company over the last several years. They are my number 1 choice ... I investigated prices each and every time ... each time with cost and convenience being considered they have won my business.

I have honestly never had such friendly customer service anywhere else. This applies to each member of staff that I’ve interacted with (Ty and Lana). They were both phenomenal!

I’ve been a Storeplace client for over half a year, and during this time I’ve utilized the amenities (climate control unit, carts and dolly’s, on-location restrooms, boxes tape and wrap from the Storeplace store) quite often. The greatest benefit, however, is the office manager (Amy), who has not only assisted me with my storage needs, but also researched different products and box sizes she has access to, in-order to meet my requested need. Amy’s willingness to help and ensure client satisfaction is definitely noted; in-fact, thanks to her (and the Storeplace facility) I’ve just rented a second unit.

So friendly and helpful. Such a change from a previous experience with renting a storage space. Margo even called us by name when we went back in to buy supplies
