I have absolutely loved having Bethany Harris as my go to person at strata.
She was really truly invested in our move from start to finish, and I cannot thank her enough.

Terrible aftercare once we purchased a property from them - every small issue they would try to get out of putting right. The whole process was exhausting - I do not understand why they bother having a customer care department as most of the negative experiences are a result of their failings to correct issues - It is surely cheaper to resolve them than constantly looking to avoid blame.

First time reviewer on trustpilot but credit where it’s due, loved the feel of the strata website for Anthem at Beverley so popped in without an appointment and was greeted by Jen. I have to say I have been most impressed with the experience so far, a well laid out complex of homes, a very welcoming and nuanced customer service from Mrs Hill-Wickham and very classy show home’s..(I feel my old furniture is just not up to par now).
Very much looking forward to continuing our business together.

Strata. Still have not sorted the roads and pavements out on hu9 Preston Road hull. When will these get done only been waiting years! No lighting in the streets when will this be sorted! Builders parking on public footpaths. Lorry’s damaging public footpaths and roads!!

Our Unit has had issues of hob emitting smoke since moving in November, this still has not been resolved leaving our family especially the children stranded

We’ve just had Barry come in and sort some snagging and shrinkage on the property. He was professional, friendly and caring and has done a wonderful job! Going above and beyond.
Also previously we had Dave come and do some work and he too was professional, friendly and caring.

Visited the Sales Office at Anthem, Beverley today completely on spec and Jen was fantastic and couldn’t do enough to help. All my questions were answered so quickly and knowledgeably and we were able to have a fabulous tour of the show home too. Would highly recommend. Thank you Jen, we really appreciated your help and super advice.

Anthem 2a -

It is clear that some people have bad experiences with new build properties… but we have been the complete opposite with Strata.

We first enquired about our new home at the start of 2025. From the moment we stepped into the sales office, Jen has made us feel extremely welcome and at home. She always has a smile on her face and is very polite and considerate, always having the customers best interests at heart. Not only that, but she is extremely knowledgable and good at her job! Every question we have ever had, she has either known the answer or gone out of her way to find out the answer and get back to us.

Special mention to Fran, also from the sales office who sometimes works there when Jen isn’t in. Fran is also extremely smiley and welcoming, and also knows her stuff and would go above and beyond to help us.

We cannot fault our experience with the sales team, there is not a single negative thing to say about them.

Additionally, the good customer service didn’t stop there. From the moment we moved in to our home, Adam (the site manager for Anthem) has been spot on. He has introduced himself early on and has continuously taken his time to check that we’re okay, to ask if we need anything, and to rectify any minor issues that we had. Adam has constantly been in touch with us to ensure that we have had the best and smoothest transition into our new home.

Additionally, as expected in all new builds, we had a small list of minor snags that we wanted to be rectified. However, from day one, Adam has gone above and beyond what he needed to, to ensure that ALL of our minor snags were rectified. No matter how big or small the job was, Adam would arrange it all on our behalf, and he would always ensure that our issues were fixed quickly, safely, and with the least disruption to us.

Not only that, but Adam has gone above and beyond to provide good customer service. For example, one of the minor issues that we had with our home, Adam was able to work with us and provide alternative incentives, almost in a way to give us additional ‘compensation’ for the small issues that we faced.

The actual house/build is superb too. Strata have a way of building and designing houses which make you feel at home from the moment you move in. New builds nowadays can often be boring and the similar, but Strata have managed to design their house in a way that still amazes me every time I step foot into my home. From the kitchen designs, to the huge patio doors and windows, to the bathrooms or the huge master bedroom. We have been extremely happy with the whole home and cannot thank the Strata team enough.

It is clear that the Jen, Fran, Adam, and all of the other site team at Anthem have had our best interests at heart from day one. In a day and age where new build developers can often get a bit of stick online, it is important to recognise and reward the good customer service that strata have provided.

We’ve been to visit the show home in Beverley twice now and Jen has been amazing and just super helpful 🎉 she makes the experience so much better 😊

Barry & Mally came to fix the bathtub and shower screen. They carry out the job to a high standard and kept the bathroom clean and tidy. They were very friendly. Thank you

We recently had some NHBC warranty work carried out, and Strata sent Mally to complete a number of the remedial jobs. He did an excellent job — the work was completed to a high standard, and he was professional, friendly, and easy to have around the house.

Having already had such an amazing experience with our first Strata house, this was our second purchase.
From reserving the plot to moving in, Keira and Lorna on the sales team at Attraction in Hull were amazing! Always happy to help, friendly and approachable and on hand to answer any questions during the run up to moving day.

Since moving in, site managers Charley and Carl have been exceptional at working through our snagging list and been thouroughly supportive at all times. Their dedication to customer care is exemplary and have made settling in to our new home a smooth and enjoyable process. We could not have asked for better service from them!

Abbey at customer services has checked in weekly with us to ensure that we are fully satisfied and been on hand to also make this process a smooth one.

We could not thank everyone on the team enough once again! -until the next Strata house!

Jen from Strata in Beverley is fantastic, she has been most helpful in answering our questions in relation to the Lisbon Bungalow and I couldn’t fault her. Thank you so much for all of your assistance. It’s been a pleasure meet you.

Having recently visited the Anthem Development we were delighted to meet Jen who was a sheer source of inspiration and information. Jen has probably been the best sales consultant we have come across in our search for a new property. Her knowledge and willingness to talk to use about every issue that concerned us deeply complemented Strata’s development. Jen’s encouragement and enthusiasm was motivating and yet at the same time she was not pushy and made us feel comfortable with whatever our decision would be. Just wanted to say the Anthem development is beautiful and well located and marketed by one of the most inspiring sales person on the team. Thank you Jen!

Jeff was just a spot on bloke. Polite swift and knew his stuff. Excellent customer services staff member who sorted the little jobs immediately.

We have brought our strata house last year. Jen from ANTHEM was amazing, we have had 100 of questions which she was helpful to answer . Jen has made our experience of buying a new house enjoyable and easy.

Adam the site manager was also amazing, we have a couple of small issue when we moved which when raised to him was sort straight away. We when we had more questions Adam alway was available to answer them. We couldn’t fault them both
