Got talkstudio 7 day trial as I wanted to start doing virtual podcast episodes. Got a really important interview recorded for almost 2 hours and when I went to download it, it said only 5 seconds and it had unable to download. Emailed them on the Saturday and got a response at 2:30am pst saying they were fixing it and it should be good within the hour. I emailed back letting them know it still wasn't fixed. Had to wait another 24 hours for a response, it is now 3 days later and they're sending it to their developers to resolve. I needed this interview to coincide with some things that was happening in the industry, now it's of less use to me. I was with streamyard before and never had this issue. Very disappointed.

I live stream to both YouTube and TikTok. I signed up with Streamlabs for multistreaming, & I purchased a year ‘cause I knew I’d be using it. It was a very buggy/glitchy experience for me (dropped frames, frozen, audio, and video). Even worse though, multiple times during a multi-stream I got a warning that popped up saying “your TikTok account is suspended for multiple violations” [which was completely inaccurate]. I contacted Streamlabs about this & they blamed TikTok and said this was a known issue, & was happening with some other accounts as well. I asked if I could have a refund on the rest of the year seeing as how I only used it for two months because if I can’t successfully multi stream to TikTok, then this was a useless product for me. They denied my refund saying I could still multi stream to Twitch if I wanted to. Wow. I don’t even have a twitch account so that made me mad. Their product was glitchy and had a known issue and they still refused a refund. So here’s my review. Streamlabs stinks as a company 

We decided to switch from Zoom to Streamlabs in 2026 and purchased it in the Black Friday sale with an interest in using it for purposes of Streaming and Recording Podcasts. Our initial tests were disastrous. Streamlabs is incapable of streaming multiple people at once. The lag on the audio and video is so high as to make communication impossible.
After testing out the product and trying to find a solution, we gave up, requesting a refund 19 days after purchase. We did not even get the dignity of a human reply. It seems their customer service team have been replaced by AI.

Avoid Streamlabs at all cost.

L'application bug d'une certaine manières, tu fait capture d'écran le jeux s'affichent pas, tu fait capture de jeux le jeux s'affichent pas non plus et même en activant la fonctionnalité du plein écran cela s'affichent pas donc j'estime aux lieux de faire un abonnement sur un logiciel qui marchent pas, il serait temps de régler le logiciel en question.
Ceux bug datent pas d'aujourd'hui sa fait plusieurs fois que je doit passer sur obs et vice versa avec Stream Labs parce que du jour au lendemain l'application sais pus reconnaitre une application en plein écran ou un jeux tout court

Be extremely cautions of getting un-authorized charges.
I signed up for their free tiral to check out the platform, only to then get monthly bills even though did not use the service once after signing up. The customer care knows that i have not used the account, but is happy to take my money and run with it.

Größter Mist den ich je gesehen habe, erstmal ist die Seite absolut nervig zu navigieren und darüber hinaus wird einem nicht mal angezeigt welche der sachen kostenlos ist und welches nicht. man muss erstmal alles anklicken um herauszufinden ob es kostenlos ist oder nur im abo enthalten ist. keine klare kennzeichnung. es ist einfach nur müssig sich da durchzuarbeiten, früher war es angenehmer zu navigieren und dann verlangen die auch noch fast 30€ im monat für so einen kack, ne da bleibe ich wo anders und gebe denen mein geld als so einer firma die der meinung ist alles hinter einer paywall zu stecken um so viele auszubeuten wie es nur irgendwie geht!

Tried to join a stream with a headset I know works because I use it every day, and had just been on another stream with StreamYard. Could not for the life of me get Streamlabs to accept my mic input. There are like 4 settings options on the entire page, so it took about 18 seconds to finish trying every possible settings combination. It just refused to believe I have a mic plugged in. Even said as much in an error message. I missed an entire stream I was supposed to be a part of, because of this crap.

only works for like 5 games any other game it just shows the streamlabs menu and audio fix your stuff

It's so good but I have one issue. The Ultra plan is overpriced. Every other thing about it is good.

Had tickets open for 4 weeks or so now and ive not been able to stream and been bleeding valuable followers everyday since the start!
Had auto reply confirming receipt of said tickets but no real reply or any support whatsoever!
This is litterally destroying my new stream channel and support will not help to fix the problem with stream labs desktop i have!
They simply dont care and have ignired me from start
Keep gettin reminded to upgrade to premium version for a program that doesnt work though clearly that works fine tho

Non functional paid for in advance. Will not renew. Do not use. Able to stream reliably with other services. Spent five hours on attempting to make work. No success. Needs work interface is not intuitive and is unclear between desktop and web interface. Version churn in one week required three separate downloads and desktop did not see web UI. They need a lot of work on this one.

Worst thing ever to happen to humanity shitty devs and shitty services

Signed Up for stream labs Ultra 27$ a month and it is not stable streams crash halfway through and nothing is working. (Waste of money) Can this plz be fixed.

Finde 27€ im Monat schon etwas frech, es gibt die gleichen Designs, Widgets etc. wofür kostet das jetzt um 9€ mehr? Damals kostete das Abo noch 18,99€ und jetzt kostet es einfach 27€.
Am Handy kostet das Abo noch 19€ zum Glück aber das ist auch noch teuer aber das hält sich in Grenzen. Ich bin seit 3 Jahren fast schon Abonennt bei euch aber dass dann es so teuer wird? Ich finde dass es dort nichts an dem Preis zu ändern gibt und dass es teuer wird. Es ist alles gleichgeblieben. Frechheit dann noch 9 Euro draufzulegen. Ich hole mir erstmal das Handy Abo Variante da es dort noch billiger ist. Aber auf der Seite 27 € verlangen ist schon viel! Wenn es am Handy genauso teurer wird, wars das mit Streamlabs!

They won’t refund a subscription that I canceled. Horrible customer service

Do not buy! Ordered a t shirt for my son, paid £30 and the t shirt is so thin and poor quality. It was also 2cm narrower than the website said so I asked to return and I would consider buying a bigger size. I was told that the product sizes may vary by 2cm and they do not accept returns. Stuck with an extortionately priced t shirt that’s poor quality and smaller than advertised.

scam, everything from notifications is paid if you want alerts you must be a paying member. this is a scam, first pay and then do your work properly. since when did working end. streamers turn their hobby into their job. streamlabs is SCAM use alternatives
