I had a great time! Steph was very knowledgable and genuinely excited to help with whatever questions or quieries i presented. The venue was extremely well equipt and i felt i learned a huge amount from the experience. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to take their coaching to the next level.

Although the course will get you qualified as a L4, I had a really bad experience with this product. When I was buying I got an incredible service, people called me straight away and were really friendly. Then as soon as I bought I struggled to get answers from the team, and even got ignored a few times.

It's now very apparent that the only thing the company are interested in is taking your money. Aftercare is terrible. I actually wanted to cancel the purchase of the course (in the month) as I had not accessed it and a family member fell unwell. I was then battling with the death of a family member and despite the fact I never accessed the course and actually had to fully stop PTing due to the death, the team refused to issue me a refund in anyway or even for them to keep the deposit then just stop the payments, as I was struggling financially big time. (I would have been happy with that). They just kept refusing and saying their terms and conditions didn't allow this with no additional support other than a longer payment plan. Which was obsolete because of the fact I was then no longer a PT. You won't get to speak to any senior management and they do not have a proper complaints procedure. So in all Ive had a terrible service.

I since decided to look at their members website and it's not at all user friendly. Really disappointed with this company and their ethical values. No doubt the company will respond to defend the comments but thats what you'd expect. They will offer for me to contact the customer service team. But this was the same team that provided me with such a bad service in the first place, so I won't be responding to that.

Strength and Conditioning Education has given me a fantastic set of skills to continue on my journey in the industry. A very comprehensive course, not only covering all the necessary s & c knowledge, but information on how to run a successful business. The opportunity to qualify online was invaluable and offers flexibility

Very poor - although the tutor delivering the workshop was knowledgeable and generous with his time and effort.

The company as a whole is geared up to ‘over promise’ to take your money, then under delivers on quality and you’re constantly dealing with clever use of vagueness and hooks to spend more money.

It’s not even a formal qualification, it’s a collection of dated videos and you quickly realise the owner has absolutely no credibility in the real world.

I’m not surprised the reviews are a mixed bag… if you don’t get the right tutor supporting you, you’ll feel like you should have just gone on YouTube for your learning!

Course Content was put together in a way that left it easy to follow, the information was clear, videos for all written content helped with the understanding of any of the more technical parts

Constant support offered throughout the course. Would defiantly do a course with S&C Education again.

Helped me a lot progress as a coach & especially the in person workshop & assessment day was a great key to learning & understanding more from the in person feed back & teaching

I loved every part of the L4 strength & Conditioning award. The online material and modules were very detailed and helpful and interesting!
The help I received during this course was outstanding and highly recommend this course to anyone looking to further their career in the sporting industry!

Great if you like to pay thousands of pounds on videos and learn nothing

Avoid this company at all costs. They are an awful company and lie about what is needed to complete their courses and when it becomes apparent that you cannot complete their course due to their lies they will not refund you your money. Strength and conditioning education is a dreadful company with no morals who employ liars like their salesman. They are thieving scam artists. I don't want anyone else to be scammed out of their cash like I have been.

Also notice how they only reply to the 1 star reviews. Not thanking/replying to the 5 star reviews. Tells you everything you need to know about this company.

I've just completed the level 4 S&C coach (and used the accelerator option). I've been very impressed at the level of detail and full picture approach. I've enjoyed all of the tutors, and compared to many other CPD courses I've done - I feel I had a real sense of their passion and care. I had to overcome a serious injury to finally complete my course, and I feel it was absolutely worth the long time it took me. The volume of info can take a little time to get your head around - but I've used pretty much everything I've learnt so far. Love the business-minded support. Great to see so many who have the cert go on to excel in their coaching too. I'd recommend it to anyone with an interest in coaching olympic lifting and comprehensively improving anyone's fitness from beginner to athlete. I'm also working through the Elite coach programme and have taken a lot from their smaller CPD courses. Thank you for caring about the content and what it can do.

I recently completed my Strength & Conditioning level 4 course with Strength & Conditioning Education and I would recommend them to anyone. They have helped me take my coaching skills to the next level.

The instructors were knowledgeable, friendly and able to break down complex topics into easily understandable modules. They also provided me with plenty of evidence-based strategies and tools to help me understand everything.

The course also helped me improve my confidence as a Coach and provided plenty of opportunities to test out what we learned with other students. I left the program feeling as I had achieved something, inspired and full of new ideas.

I highly recommend Strength & Conditioning Education to anyone looking to become a better Coach.

The videos given on each module were easy to follow and informative and the quality of teaching on the practical workshops were to a high standard which meant that getting through the course was straight forward. Also the level of support given by the tutoring team throughout was really good and they're very quick to respond.

Brilliant course and I learned a lot. very quick to reply when emailed for help. Also gave in-depth feedback on assessments for the future.

Been through the 5 day Challenge and it’s been fantastic. Biggest takeaways have been the confidence that Brendan and Ste give that you’re not on your own through your coaching journey. Always there to support you in a down to earth way with helpful advice and motivation. Highly recommended 👍
