I had my first order in Feb 2025 & ordered triangle bras & briefs...- the bras were a poor fit & went baggy & the briefs I loved but wore badly within just a few months- to their credit, most of this order was refunded so as I liked the fabrics & fit of the briefs I tried more briefs & the plunge bras instead. I have 5 plunge bras & 14 pairs of briefs or so (plus PJs).
The fit & comfirt of the plunge bras is fabulous although I have one pattern which is considerably smaller than the others & no use to me - sizing needs more care.
I also love the briefs BUT as others have said & as I experienced before they go very baggy very fast to the point you take your trousers off & the pants fall down too (not great in changing rooms etc) and they wash & wear really badly- some look tatty after just a few months.
I so wanted to love this company as the plunge bras are fabulous but I just can't buy any more briefs at these prices when they wear so badly & the colours are do vibrant you really can't match the bras with briefs from elsewhere.
The inability to stick a pad on the briefs is also an epic fail.

Website was easy to use and knickers came on time. I love these pants (The Original Knicker) as they are very comfy and seldom give me a wedgie, unlike other pants.

I bought quite alot of underwear from this company.paying 18 pound for a knickers is not cheap.there is nothing special at all about the items.they are just well overpriced and not worth the money.they are not well made and look cheap.there is a better shop on the high St.with much nicer

I love the ethos of the company, the product designs and the feel of the fabric - unfortunately from this latest order I feel the bra's really dont fit as well anymore. I am no larger than a size Medium but every time I bend down the bra moves and I find I'm falling out of the bra - really disappointing as makes them unwearable for most occasions and very frustrating to constantly be adjusting them. Sadly wont be buying them again which is a real shame.

The underwear is super smooth and very comfortable. I like the range of patterns and styles they have to offer. My order arrived quickly and the underwear was in lovely designed cardboard packaging that can be recycled.

Great product. I’ve been looking for pants that would sit well under leggings for rowing. After years of disastrous underwear, the ladies boxers are a perfect fit, made with soft, breathable bamboo. I love the mosaic design too. They are practical and pretty. And Nicky in customer services sorted out a query super quick. Thank you so much.

Love the new mid-rise shape and also love that they come without any labels so even more comfy for that. However, I think the sizing feels a bit over generous in the leg. Usually order size 12 (and have hipster style in 12 which are a great fit) but the mid-rise is too roomy in the leg and I’m wondering (after buying three pairs) if I should have bought size 10! Great service, packaging, delivery as usual.

I had an issue with the quality of an item I received - S&S were very responsive, replying quickly to my email and issuing a replacement without any hassle. Their customer service is excellent!

I think the company have produced very eye catching underwear, however, I do feel that their knicker material is somewhat thin and see through. The shorts thst I bought are quite generous to the point of being loose and not very flattering. I wouldn't be buying again, but I did think that their idea was very innovative and the packaging was really eco friendly.

Customer Service especially Nicky were incredibly efficient at solving my issue and very communicative. The PJ bottoms are great, really comfortable to wear and wash well. I will be back!! Thank you!

I ordered the wrong style of pants, emailed stripe and stare and they amended it straight away. The customer service is excellent and I have shopped with them before and everything is always of excellent quality and they wash up well. I highly recommend this company.

I do love my new Knix, although I do find them quite large on sizing, next time I will go down a size

Best knickers ever! So comfortable.

Forgot to add an item to my order. Emailed them, response with 24 hours. Item added to my order - and they refunded the postage! Great service.

The products are amazing, the pyjamas particularly are so soft and cosy ( and long enough for a tall girl!). And after an issue with one pair Stripe and Stare were quick to replace them - and the customer service was 10/10.

When a company offers eco lace and fancy underwear I was NOT expecting that there would be itchiness and lack of fitting with that package (like often is the case with cheap and low quality stuff) Also, it is really sad that the policy is one where only unused underwear can be sent back, this kinds of things are impossible to notice only at a first fitting. I am really disappointed!

Customer services resolved an issue instantly and went above and beyond. They really are a customer focused company with the most perfectly comfortable and well designed products. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my knickers!
