The fabrics really are incredibly soft and comfortable. I did struggle to get the right fit on the bras and you have to pay for returns which makes it harder to order multiples to try on which is the only reason I put 4 stars.

Very nice and comfy! First time ordering from this brand. Very breathable. Love the colors and style. I hope they hold up.

Would cost 300 DKK to return it. Contacted customer service. They say they have no influence as the freight companies decides the cost. Makes no sense to me that S&S can't influence that as plenty other companies are able to provide free - or just reasonably priced - returns. It might be geographical/EU/UK reasons - but anyhow really annoying as I would definitely go for a size or two up and also buy of the bras as the S&S panties are the only panties I use. But now I'm reluctant to order anything from the site again.

I really want to love this brand so keep giving them a go despite mixed experiences so far.
The quality of the products can be inconsistent. I've returned several items because the quality was either questionable for the price (knicker pack) or the fabrication was faulty (latest return was a bra with the stitching completely misaligned). I've also had a brilliant bra (eco lace double layer plunge) which was a sale item that I'm really pleased with.
On both of my return experiences the returns process was easy and quick and the customer service was decent. I probably will order from them again but from the sale items as I think full price items are a bit too highly priced for the specifications.
I like the minimal eco friendly packaging and quick shipping.

Finally, knickers that stay in place. I plan to replace all my underwear with Stripe & Stare!

Love the cotton high waisted thongs. So easy to wear and I like the recycled packaging. 4* as I do think the prices are high even when on offer but difficult to source anything similar so I am a returning customer.

I brought 3 pairs of knickers and 2 matching bras. They are super comfortable. So much so that I brought another set.
I can’t recommend them enough. Love the material and they came very quickly and in great packaging.

I love both the products and the customer service from Olivia- what a star! I came across this site on FB, liked the fact that they local-ish and made an impulse buy of a set of 4. When they arrived they weren’t right for me so I sought some advice and a replacement single was sent which still wasn’t right so I repeated the process and was sent another one to try. That got me my perfect fit. I bought a new packet and have subsequently bought two more packets! If full price, they’re more expensive to the high street but the material and fit is worth it and there are often sales and discounts. I’m a convert!

I am a convert to Stripe and Stare. This is the second pack of knickers I have just bought from them. I realized nothing less would do. They are so soft and comfortable. You can't have a bad knickers day with these on.

So good! They’re now the only knickers I want to wear - my hands can easily find them in the early morning half-light as they’re really soft.
Love the choice of colours and shapes - they also wash well. What else could you possibly want?! I’ll definitely purchase again and again :)

S & S make the most comfortable, well designed, beautifully made underwear I have ever worn. The fabric is feather light, the shaping is perfect, and I am now planning my next purchase! My first order was not quite the right size, so a quick easy return and refund and then I had the right item. Customer service is quick and I got a personal response to my query. Even the postage packing is beautifully designed and eco friendly. Highly recommend you try this company!

Knickers are so soft I forget I’m wearing any. I’m a size 12 and could have probably gone for one size S. These wash and dry well. I love all the designs.

This is the third time I have ordered and sadly will be the last. The first pairs I bought were fantastic, great fit & really comfy so a year or so later I ordered the same size and shape in some different colours. The pants that arrived were so huge they wouldn’t stay up and after sending photos to customer services they did apologise and say they were having some problems but it would be fixed soon (and I got a refund). Waited another year or so and ordered 7 pairs in the same size and style but they are again completely different to either if the previously ordered sizes and not even consistent between the ones I ordered. They have much higher legs and ride up every time I wear them so I have yet again wasted a lot of money on badly made pants.
