Gordon was incredibly helpful for the entirety of our transaction. He constantly made himself available to talk us through each step in the process and the various mortgage terms and options. I would highly recommend Strong Home to anybody seeking a mortgage.

This is the 3rd time I have purchased a home and my first with Strong Home. I can say without a doubt that this was by far the best experience I have had with the mortgage process. Gordon was responsive from day 1, expertly answering all of my questions and guiding me through the process. As I was finalizing my offer, the seller wanted a very aggressive, closing date, and Gordon made it happen! In fact, we are cleared to close 10 days early. If I ever refinance or buy another home, my first call will be to Gordon.

While I very much liked the personal attention at the start of the process, the lack of follow up and inconsistent communication format left me scrambling to meet deadlines. The loan officer texted asking for documents or confirmations and email other times while the portal would require different documentation or confirmation. Additionally, the 3rd party title company used for the appraisal was difficult to work with in that Strong Home Mortgage needed to have the appraisal updated with a new case number and the title company made the appraiser come back out and take pictures of the house when all that had to be done was a simple change on the documentation.
