Elizabeth our loan officer is what made this great, over 3 years we had gone through over 10 plus banks and lenders and when we didn't qualify instantly we never heard from them, not a call back or anything, Elizabeth called us back told us we didn't qualify yet, told us why, and gave us a road map to follow what to fixed, what to pay off, where to get our DTI down too, and gave us a timeline to do it in, She gave us guidance something no other lender had took the time to do, if it wasn't for her guidance and game plan we wouldn't be getting the keys to our 1st home.

Fred was great - beat every other company by both the rate and credits. He explained the whole process and was in constant communication with me. This is my second mortgage with Strong and it won’t be my last. Highly recommend!

Speedy closing and enjoyed working with my agent. Overall a much better rate than my original lender. All was good until the end. Was told it would be a fixed percentage at 0 points. When I questioned the differences seen on the estimate I was told it was just the estimate and essentially not worry about it. Then days before the closing I was notified that the estimate was in fact accurate and I would need to shell out an additional $1600 at closing to get the rate that I was promised. Not a great way to do business but I had already delayed closing and didn't have the time or patience to do it again.

Fred is a pro's pro and walked us through the VA loan process with ease. We will definitely use him again!

Brandon and Thomas were top notch in walking us through the process. No surprises, quick responses, great rates, and accurate information are the norm. Brandon even celebrated the arrival of a new baby during our loan cycle, and he expertly delegated to Thomas - complete continuity. I’ll be contacting them again when the rates drop.

Chris Cobb was fantastic right from the start. I looked into a few different lenders and Strong Home was among them, since I had used them for a past mortgage. Chris really stood out for his friendly, approachable, and knowledgeable demeanor. Getting a mortgage with anyone is stressful, as you work to get all the documents needed, but Chris helped us prepare for what items would be coming up to submit and answered our questions quickly along the way, ensuring we would not be get held up and delay closing.
