Staff were super helpful and friendly but I felt the studio was a bit cramped and too small. Felt a bit claustrophobic as everything was so close and contained together. However our makeup artist and the photographer were top notch. Very friendly and made us feel at ease immediately. Thank you. Keep up the good work.

Most of the staff are Pleasant and friendly.The shoot felt relaxed and well paced. You will be offered different packages of service to buy after your photo session,which varies from digital prints to becoming part of their modelling academy amongst other things,but you don't have to take it up.

Understandably it's a business,so up selling or offering other service options is what they do.With Modelling as well, you may not get job right away or not a all.It 's a very competitive business,and ( with the cues they gave me)you have to do more than just take some pictures.

I meet some amazing people on my journey at AList platinum my day was fun and the staff were very friendly indeed made me feel relaxed although I would have preferred a male photographer as I would have done much better I was picked with potential so that was good news for me

Epic scam service.

They kept forcing me to make a deposit while holding me on call. I cancelled my appointment because I read too many scam reviews and they kept pushing me on email to reschedule. When i emailed back saying this is super unprofessional and they cant force me, this woman Rebecca sent an extremely rude reply saying 'then stop applying.'

The whole team made the day so easy and fun. They were so friendly and really put me at ease, given it was my first time doing anything like this. Absolutely class, all the way.

My experience with platinum models was so welcoming, kind and too the point. The staff were lovely people who guided me and my friend through everything I was doing, they are super supportive but also strict, I would advise to do some research on on poses, and practice changing into your outfits quickly. It was a great experience and I’d definitely recommend this place to someone who is new to modelling but wants to give it a go!

Today, I went to their studio in South Hackney, E9, with my sister for her photoshoot, and they photographed her for the 'modelling session'. They say she died during the shooting. We were talking about my sister's photoshoot, and then they requested for payment. We replied we didn't have that, but they kept persisting and trying to lower the payments, which is when I saw it was a rip-off :( REAL modelling agencies don’t ask models to pay upfront and take a commission percentage out of their work. Even said that they’re was no payment in the assessment (later realised this was a lie). They have packages of £300, £600 and £1000, of which is not worth paying at all, as you don’t get no jobs and work. The atmosphere was very strange in the place and the office inside the place. Avoid this scamming agency and don’t go at all!!! Luckily i didn’t pay for anything :)

A special shout-out to Marcella, the photographer who turned what could have been a standard shoot into something unforgettable. She didn’t just take photos, she brought out my personality, made me feel more confident, and captured moments that felt authentic and effortless. We connected instantly, and that comfort really shows in every shot.

The entire experience felt fun and creative. If you’re thinking of booking—stop thinking and just do it.

We enquired about modelling for our baby daughter with Platinum and it was quite odd that they kept asking us to come in for a photoshoot (it should really be the other way round) but we didn't think much of it at the time. Now we see these negative & fake reviews and we know why!

When we got there (which was a trek), they asked us to fill in some forms and then they would take photos of our baby in 3 outfits. The reception we got was quite unwelcoming and the studio looked dingy with rails of clothes / shoes and other random things floating around.

The photographer (she had curly hair) took the pics in super quick time and it just seemed so unprofessional. She didn't bother to ask us to make the baby look presentable for the camera, which is something I would expect from a professional photoshoot.

Once the photos were taken, we were told to sit down and wait to speak to the consultant ''Joe''. Again, we had to fill in a form which was annoying (a questionnaire about why we should get a spot on their agency, which was time consuming to fill) and read through their FAQ, which clearly stated that there was no payment required during the assessment (we later realised this was a lie).

We waited at least an hour before we spoke to ''Joe''. If you could picture a snake oil salesman, he was it. He started off by showing us the pictures of our baby from the photoshoot and how adorable she was and saying how she could get jobs with Netflix or Eastenders (while holding a laminated card of these + other brands) LOL it was complete amateur hour. He did not once show us any shred of evidence of other models securing work with the agency, which I would expect. We realised he was trying to sell us a pipe dream.

Soon came the reality and he started asking for money. It was initially £350 and then it went down to £300 very quickly (maybe within 30 seconds) and then he went down even further to £100 with instalments of £50 when we get jobs (he was literally offering Klarna LOL). He left the room for us to speak privately and we both realised they were desperate for our money. When he came back into the room, we declined his offer and he got annoyed and told us to leave and that we wouldnt be able to work with them in the future.

Honestly, it was a massive waste of our time and extremely unprofessional throughout. Please avoid them at all costs, they are not a serious!

This visit was a big step outside of my comfort zone. I had heard good and bad reviews around this process. I can only say good things about my experience. I received a great welcome and this immediately helped to calm my nerves. The photographer was engaged and very supportive. Lydia gave me my feed-back and she was very professional and answered all of my concerns. If you are interested in a career in modelling i cannot think of a better place to start. Thank you all!

It was a fun experience but it was only one casting agent present and I had to wait for a couple of hours to be seen. The agency also needs to be more upfront with the charges and provide copies of the signed documents.I have signed two documents but have not received a copy and I don't know what I have put my name to as there was a bit of a rush and other people were waiting.

There was a very inviting, friendly atmosphere at the studio. Everyone I met there was kind, helpful and friendly, especially Jo, and I really enjoyed our conversation. Thank you for treating me as amazingly well as you did, and it was great to meet you all :)

I had never been to a model agency before so I took my partner with me, but I had no need to worry as soon as we entered the studio the staff made us feel relaxed and wanted us to enjoy the experience.
The shoot lasted around one hour and I found it great fun afterwards we had to wait another hour while my photos were being assessed and to my amazement I was accepted for interview.
Lydia interviewed us and was very complimentary regarding my shoot after discussing my options we decided to sign up and see what happens next
I'm 71 and just the thought of a new career is giving me goose bumps but if nothing happens I enjoyed the day.
Perhaps a offer of a coffee on arrival would be good and the music could be a little lower for me anyway.
