I booked in a virtual wardobe declutter and then was unsure if this was the right service that I wanted. After messaging Fi and her going through a quick plan with me of how to get to having the optimum wardrobe I wanted.

We completed a wardove declutter (in 1 hour) and she went through everything that I was pulling out of my wardobe and helped put it all together in a nice, neat tidy list -so my brain could comprehend!

Fi was incredible. So welcoming and fun. Nothing was too much trouble and she even went over time on our appointment to make sure I had absolutely everything I needed. Made me excited to get dressed for the first time in ages. Definitely be booking again for Summer!

I spent a long time deciding to do this and am so glad I finally did it. I had a great analysis sent through - some surprises and some things I already wear but was great to know they're good for my style. I learned such a lot from it and now just feel much more confident about what to shop for and excited by a little bit of challenge in trying some new things! I had a personal shopping experience in Birmingham with Fi - experience was amazing. Fi made me look at shopping differently (I usually go for the same styles/colours) however we picked and tried a number of items, some that looked great and others not so much but by doing that I could see what suited me and what didn't. I came away with new clothes that can be dressed up (with accessories which I don't usually buy) or down with trainers. Hit my brief perfectly.
Would definitely repeat and recommend the experience to anyone.

I had a style session at home with Kim. I felt a bit nervous beforehand but Kim put me at ease and I ended up feeling more confident about how to dress for my body shape and trying brighter colours than the navy/black I usually dress in. I’m now looking forward to the shopping session I’ve booked with Kim in Brighton !

I had a Power Hour recently with the wonderful Kim. She was interested to know beforehand what items I was looking for so she could research in advance and get the most out of our time together. It was amazing the amount of items she suggested for me for going into autumn and winter months and I was really pleased with the suggestions. Kim gave me lots of advice and answered some style questions I had. She sent me some follow up links for pieces I could not get on the day. Thanks Kim. I treated myself to a power hour shop with Fiona in Birmingham and it was brilliant. She made me feel so at ease, it was like shopping with a friend. She helped me find clothes that suit my colour palette and encouraged me to try styles I would never had tried on my own. While I was trying clothes on, Fiona ran around getting different sizes or cuts for me to try and she showed me how to style the outfits I liked. How to feel fabulous!! This is a brilliant service. Great options of where to meet, appointment was made relatively quickly and effortlessly. My stylist Sarah was AMAZING, FUN yet PROFESSIONAL, FOCUSED ON THE 'GOOD', I had utter confidence in her. The shopping experience was effortless also, I simply went into the changing rooms and Sarah brought the ideal clothing for me to trial! She even managed to get me to try on styles I would never - and guess what...I liked them. Before my session, due to going from my usual size 8 to a size 12/14, I felt frumpy and unattractive, by the end of my session, I felt a million dollars! Thank you.

Sarah put me at ease on my shopping trip with her. She showed me how to put clothes together and what would suit me. I came away feeling more confident in my ability to shop. I will be remembering her advice on my next shopping trip.

I was bought a styling session for my birthday, from my family. It honestly was such a treat to have a session like this which is not something I would ordinarily thought of. Fi took me through a colour and shape analysis, which was really interesting and will definitely change the way I shop. It was wonderful to be partnered with Fi, she’s really kind insightful and it was so much fun.

I just really enjoyed the fact that analysis wasn’t about spending loads of money, it was about small changes. I could make there and then I’m trying to wear what I already have but with more confidence.

Sarah came to my house to do a wardrobe declutter as I was feeling I had the some of the right pieces but had got stuck in a rut and was always reaching for the same things! As I’ve worked with Sarah many times it was like welcoming in a friend for a morning catch up. We worked through the sections in the wardrobe and I didn’t need to get rid of much but what Sarah helped me with was putting together many more outfit combinations that I hadn’t thought of! I felt a new enthusiasm and energy for my wardrobe and getting dressed in the morning is once again fun! Thank you Sarah!

I had a style analysis with Susie as I was feeling stuck in a rut and was wearing the same old thing. Susie helped me find colours that suit me and really surprised me with some, shapes & styles. Great experience with Kim. I booked the wardrobe declutter followed by a shop and it worked really well as Kim knew my style and what I owned, so we could pick stuff that worked with what I already had. Kim gives great supportive advice on sizing and things to try - I bought and love several things that I wouldn’t have picked up on my own. And all my new pieces work together so it’s really practical. Plus the actual shop is so much better than being on your own, Kim grabs extra sizes and helps return and sort clothes and it takes all the stress out of changing rooms. Thanks Kim!

I had a personal shop with the lovely Sarah last week. It felt like shopping with a best friend, she understood what I wanted and found some amazing bits that I wouldn’t have picked up myself and pushed me out of my comfort zone colour wise. I had the most amazing & confidence boost power hour shopping with Fiona. She picked some things that I wouldn’t have gone for & they were spot on. There were a few things that we both agreed didn’t look right. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is feeling a bit lost with their wardrobe.

I met Susie almost 10 years ago and have tried a few services. Most recently a 'power hour' at Bluewater. Not only was it a good shop, but most importantly it was a much needed confidence boost. I look forward to the next one, and I think I'll need a bit longer :)

Kim was absolutley brilliant with myself and my friend. We were both encouraged by Kim to step out of our comfort zone and try new things which we did and were pleasantly surprised! We have both taken a great deal from this session and have already booked our next one!

I had a 3hour shop with Susie. Having been a customer for nearly 5 years through online purchases and speedy shop with Fiona, I was really looking forward to a longer experience and it did not disappoint. It makes you feel special, warm, relaxed and faboulous. Susie picked so many great bits, put together outfits. But made sure the brief I gave was fully met. As a tall, larger woman I was worried we wouldn’t be able to find enough bits in the shops but this was definitely not the case. Can’t wait to book again!
