I had a 3hour shop with Susie. Having been a customer for nearly 5 years through online purchases and speedy shop with Fiona, I was really looking forward to a longer experience and it did not disappoint. It makes you feel special, warm, relaxed and faboulous. Susie picked so many great bits, put together outfits. But made sure the brief I gave was fully met. As a tall, larger woman I was worried we wouldn’t be able to find enough bits in the shops but this was definitely not the case. Can’t wait to book again!

Shopping with Fiona is always my highlight of the year when it comes to self care. She is lovely, kind and gets you when it comes to style and what you want need and didn’t know you needed! She is not just a personal shopper or a stylist she is a therapists and 100% your self steam and mental health will improve after a sesión with her! Well worth it! And my new clothes are gorgeous!!

I had a personal shopping session with my mum and we both had such a great time. Our stylist, Kim, was incredibly friendly, patient, and full of helpful advice. She encouraged us to try new styles and colours, which was a real confidence boost.

The colour analysis was really interesting and gave us tips we’ll use going forward. Kim never rushed us and went above and beyond, constantly running back and forth for different sizes. Mum was so happy – and so was I!

Definitely worth the money, and we’ll be booking again when the seasons change.

I had the most amazing shopping experience with Fi. I couldn’t be happier that I booked she has really helped with not only my wardrobe but my confidence too. I will definitely be booking an online service to help build my new wardrobe and can’t wait to see Fi again later in the year.

I had a hair analysis with Poppy and it was amazing. I loved everything she said and I can’t wait to get the restyle completed. The report came back super quick and I loved the Pinterest boards and a step by step guide to products and how to style was also included.

My second time with Sarah and she still exceeded my expectations. We met for a personal shop in Bluewater following a wardrobe declutter a couple of months prior. She is so personable and empowering for one. Secondly, she found some amazing pieces that are "so me" (the me I'm aspiring to be anyway) and fitted incredibly. It took all the stress out of shopping and I could sit back and enjoy the ride. No more disappointing online deliveries for me tis summer. Looking forward to a refresh in Autumn/Winter with this superstar.

I had an amazing personal shop with Sarah, she is so friendly and welcoming and puts you at ease straight away. She understood my brief and picked out so many nice bits for me and if you don’t want to buy something or you want to look for something a little bit different then Sarah is totally happy to keep looking and getting it right for you. I love that she pushes me out of my comfort zone and I get pieces I wouldn’t have picked on my own.

I had such a lovely time with Kim on my personal shop. It's like a day out with your best friend. I wanted something for my brothers wedding & came away with serveral options plus some bits for the week (he's getting married in Spain). I will definitely be doing another one in the future.

confidence boost. Sarah is such a lovely, kind genuine person who really took the time to listen to my needs. I can't wait for my winter shop.

After a wardrobe declutter session earlier in the year, I arranged a shopping session with Fiona in Birmingham for a few hours. The meeting arrangements were overseen by the Admin team which was appreciated. I went into a range of shops-one I hadn't been in before. Fiona found items that I would have walked past. I loved them so much that I bought them. It was a few hours well spent. I really enjoyed it.

Thank you so much to Sarah for making my shopping day so much fun! Having the clothes selected for me took the stress out of the experience and it was very interesting to see the choices she made, at times items that I wouldn't have normally thought to choose for myself but which actually looked great. Since then, I have been slowly going through all the clothes, matching things, and have thorougly enjoyed wearing them and surprising my family. Would definitely love to do this again with Sarah!

I truly had an amazing experience on my personal shop with Sarah, never has shopping been so easy. Sarah made me feel so comfortable and gave be the confidence to try different things I would normally have walked past. I still can't believe how much I ended up getting for the money and I am so excited to put together lots of different outfit combos. 🥰🥰 Every girl needs a Sarah to shop with 🥰🥰

I recently had a face 2 face shop with Fiona and I have to say it was absolutely amazing. She put me at ease immediately and it felt like shopping with a friend. She listened to what I was looking to achieve and we got some amazing pieces. I would highly recommend Fiona. She is incredible and a credit to SBS.

I had a fabulous Power hour with Sarah in Liverpool. I was analysed as a winter hourglass back in Nov 24 so still relatively new to it all. I felt so at ease meeting Sarah and she’d really listened to what I’d said I wanted to get out of the session. She had clearly prepared as she had some lovely items waiting for me in M&S and Oliver Bonas. I couldn’t believe how much we did in 1 hour. It’s the first time I’ve actually enjoyed shopping and trying on clothes for the first time in years. I tried on things that I would never have picked up but could see why Sarah picked them as soon as I tried them on. I got some great items and Sarah talked me through different ways to wear them. I’m normally one for saving things for best or waiting for the perfect time but I couldn’t wait to wear my new clothes. I’ve actually enjoyed getting dressed for the office rather than dreading it. I’d highly recommend it and will definitely be doing it again in the future.

So far, I’ve had a style analysis, a glasses and hair analysis and recently had a wardrobe declutter. I can recommend every one.
It guides your shopping choices so draws your eyes to the right items/colours straight away. I shop far more efficiently and
I feel so much more in control of my wardrobe, and I’m now not scared to throw stuff out and pass onto someone else.

I found Styled by Susie back in 2016 and have had a style, hair and glasses anslysis, bought the holiday packing guide and have had the pleasure of 2 personal shops up north! As a belated 50th birthday treat to myself I took myself off to Liverpool last weekend for a power hour shop with the lovely Susie for some dopamine shopping. I had such a lovely day, we picked up exactly where we’d left 3 years ago at the Trafford Centre and it was like catching up with a friend. Susie is amazing, she picked out exactly what I was looking for, advised me how to mix and match and has injected some much needed colour into my wardrobe. Susie really cares, she’s genuine, knowledgeable, takes a real interest in you as a person and listens. My shop felt truly personal and we managed to fit in 2 high street shops within the hour! Susie was like a Ninja shopping warrior weaving in and out of the clothes rails picking out exactly what I’d asked for. I can’t wait to continue my Styled by Susie journey xxx

I recently had a shopping session with Kim and my best friend. We had an absolute ball! Kim was great at suggesting things I would never usually try and I came away with a renewed confidence and enthusiasm for shopping! I had never had a personal shopping session before but Kim put us right at ease and within minutes we were chattering away as if we’d known her for ages. Thank you Kim, please come back to Liverpool for the winter season!

I had the privilege of 3 hours with Susie at Bluewater. She listens to you without judgement and helps you find confidence and creativity that might have waned over the years. I had a lot of fun, tried clothes I wouldn’t have picked up due to my own hangups. The impact has continued as I brought my shopping home and enjoyed putting new with old to create a host of other outfits to enjoy in the future. A worthy investment if you want to find you mojo again! Cannot recommend Susie highly enough!

I had my second personal shopping session with the wonderful Fi at Styled By Susie on Friday, and it was fantastic! Fi is a very kind and special person: she goes out of her way to help, put you at ease and make you feel great about yourself.

She encourages you to explore your style and pick items you wouldn't usually choose, making you feel amazing. I've discovered I can wear bright pink and I love it, a complete surprise!

She gives loads of valuable advice about how to wear items, how to style them in different ways, including with items in your existing wardrobe.

Even though I've put on a lot of weight recently, I still came away from the shop with loads of new outfits that I feel confident in. That's just priceless.

As someone who has always hated shopping with a passion, it's a brilliant and enjoyable way to update your wardrobe for the new season in one go and as a result of Fi's advice on our shops I now also feel more confident when I shop on my own.

I highly recommend Fi to others! Thank you Fi for another wonderful shop! xxx
