The jeans very well-made but sizing way out
Returns have to go back to China at your expense.
Because of this I would not use them again

We ordered the cardigan. It didn’t come for a month. It came from China. The quality was so poor that we tried to send it back. They told us to send it to a shop in Aberdeen. But the item came back saying the shop didn’t exist. What a scam rip-off please don’t use this company.

I bought a pair of shoes from these people, and their sizing is all wrong.
I ave now emailed to say I need to exchange, and 3 times they just ignore me.
Customer care does not exist with this company.

cheap plastic zip not real suede the most rubbish material used and the jacket smells of fish so strongly. D ont buy from this company they are just scamming people with rubbish items

Wow, ordered UK12 size boots but received must be a UK10, I couldn't get my foot in them. All they send was return them at my cost. What a joke. They obviously don't know UK sizes correctly and cannot be trusted with supplying correct UK sizes. Very poor

I Purchased two pairs of ladies trousers. They arrived after 15 days. the items did not fit and were poor quality. I requested an address in the UK to return, but was told that i must send the items back to China to get my money back. There was a UK return address on the package, i was told that the items still had to be returned back to China at my expense, which would cost as much as what i paid for the item in the beginning. they lead you on as if they are trading from the UK, with no mention of China. PLEASE AVOID these scammers at all cost as you will not get your money back. We should have read the hundreds of NEGATIVE REVIEWS on line first. We are 76 year old pensioners who can not afford to lose money to SCAMMERS. PLEASE BE AWARE

I recently bought a jacket from this company for £29.99.
It was too short for me and colour not as shown. I emailed asking to return it they sent me an address in CHINA. I took to post office they told me cheapest cost was
£22. Making my return for the Jacket £7.99. THIS IS A JOKE, THEY ARE CONING PEOPLE NO MENTION OF CHINA FOR RETURNS IN POLICY. DO NOT BIY FROMMTHEM.

As all the other reviewers say this company is borderline scam. Cheap rubbish, takes weeks to arrive ; my trousers only arrived immediately after I had asked for a refund. After 3 weeks delay,Stylishoe had asked me to ring the courier on a premium number after saying there would be an even longer delay.

Item is poor quality not true to size. Asked to send back to China for a refund. Customer service is poor

Don't know we're to start!! Ordered a jacket and when it arrived it was NOTHING like what I ordered!! I contacted them to point out their error and they informed me that if I wish to return the jacket I would have to pay for the reutn post. At the post office I was told that to sent it back to China it would cost me £23.85!!! I contacted them again to complain that they should pay the return and guess what....they have never got back to me!! I just wish I had read Trustpilot first because I would never have ordered off these con merchants!!! Take your money and you are left with something you would never wear, or thats what happened to me!!😡😡😡

Absolutely rubbish , advertising as leather boots - NOT just cheap nasty plastic. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS !!!!!!

The shoes I ordered were advertised as fleece lined and were not fleece lined when they arrived, and were a cheap shoe. The company will not respond to my emails. Do not order anything from this company as their products are not a reflection of what they advertise.

this company cannot improve...I warn anyone to watch what you are buying , I bought a ladies jumper for £19.95...£24.75 including postage and package , it eventually arrived the wrong size , after contacting the company it stated as in there Terms and Conditions I would have to pay for returning the jumper at my own expense....wait for for it....to an address in China costing me just over £20.00 to send it back and they would refund me £19.95 if and when they received it back....so it would cost me money to return tje jumper...stuff that I will take it to a Charity my loss will be going to a good cause...please be very wary of this company

Ordered men's boots for my husband . When they arrived nothing like on the advert. Now being told I would have to pay to send them back to China. Absolute rubbish. Do not use this site !!!

Ordered a mans coat which i had to keep chasing up eventually arrived said it was reduced from £100 to £24 looked nothing like the advert ' I have never seen anything like it worth £5 if u would wear it, then tried to get a refund and Sophie said it could only be returned to China for a reimbursement they would have been better not sending anything and keeping the money like most fraudulent companies.

Bought a "buck" "suede" jacket on impulse looked great in photos - total and utter rubbish - plastic and dishcloth and that being very generous. Tried to return it but postage is more than goods so will bite the bullet and keep giving bad reviews - please don't be tempted it's a real scam site no matter how good their ads are - obviously AI now I see the goods - put me off anything advertised on Instagram now.
