I ordered a beautiful looking jumper when I saw it on Facebook. It arrived in time but it looks nothing like the one I saw. It is definitely not chunky but a thin material. Will keep it to wear indoors because I think there will be a hassle to get a refund if at all.

The boots that were advertised as work boots were very tight even though I had bought a size bigger than I normally take. They were more like cheap trainers and would not be any use as work boots . When I contacted them they said I was responsible for the postage back to China. To cap it all Temu (a company I do use and trust) had the same boots for 1/3rd of the price.

Absolute farce. They sent me "size 10" UK men's, which are at least one size too small. And then have the temerity to tell me to pay to send them back to China. I believe they may be in violation of the trade descriptions act as the shoes that they sent me are not of the size that I ordered. I would imagine that I am not the only one. A terrible experience and complete waste of money.

Haven't received order. Customer service from company and courier both totally useless. Seems from other reviews that the product isn't worth having anyway, so I guess it's a lesson learnt. Can only advise other people to avoid engaging with this company totally. Reviews on the company website (all five star) would appear to be bogus.

Ordered a jumper and when it arrived it doesn’t look the same as the picture in the advert. Very thin cheap material and not the chunky knit as advertised. Even the colour is not the same shade of blue.

Ordered their knitted cardigan. It has arrived and the material and knit are nothing like the picture on Facebook. Cheap material and very loose knit - awdful. Will not be ordering from this company again!!!

Stylish / Yodel, not sure if one or both are absolutely hopeless.
Ordered late November for a Christmas present. Despite a number of emails as Christmas was getting close, just got automated responses.
Eventually, it arrived on December 30th, to the wrong address, (8 doors away), clearly too late for a Christmas present.
Communication 0/10, customer service 0/10, Yodel 0/10.
Not going to return goods as apparently I’d be charged for that !.

Why oh why didn’t I read the reviews of this Company before placing an order. In November I ordered a cardigan for my wife for Christmas which I thought was in plenty of time but it wasn’t. Every request I made for delivery information came the same reply “ be patient “ when if finally arrived after Christmas I was completely disgusted with the garment, the size was meant to be Small but it’s like an overcoat on my wife it’s so large. Another item for the charity shop. Why does China produce so much rubbish?

Arrived 15 days late so not in time for xmas. Quality of so called 'jumper' absolutely appalling. As thin as cotton. No substance. Nothing like the chunky knit advertised in the photo

I wish I had read these reviews before I bought from this company. The following is a review I have now read. I had exactly the same experience!

Bought a pair of all weather all terrain boots, advertised on Facebook. They arrived late, were poorly made and a basic rubber molded boot, a tight fit that is very difficult to get my feet into. When I asked to return them, I would have to pay postage back to China and insurance. To return these poor quality boots it would cost more than I paid for them. Stylishoe is a rip off.

Delivery mega slow quality of clothes not great will not order again

Went way past the date that I should have received it.
When I finally received the item (after many emails asking where it was) it was supposed to a size 8/10 shocking, it was way to big would fit size 18 material awful. Tried to send back going to cost over what I paid for the item. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I ordered what looked like a lovely velvet dress for Christmas on the 6th December, it arrived on the 29th, it was nothing like the picture. I ordered large which is fine on size but only suitable for someone around 4ft 8 inches tall and I am 5ft 7in. Now I find if I return it I have to pay £10. I suppose it serves me right for trusting one of these cheap nasty Chinese companies.

I wouldn’t actually give 1 star but had to click on it to write a review. I ordered a knitted JUMPER with sparkly effect in various blue tones. After 3 weeks since ordering, it finally arrived. I thought it would be ideal for New Years Eve. I was so disappointed. The reviews on the website were fantastic so I didn’t think I could go wrong. Think again!! It wasn’t a knitted wool - as shown in the picture - but more of a t-shirt material. No glittery bits, just white splashes, certainly no shine. I looked up returning it but decided it was way too much hassle. I haven’t even taken it out of the wrapper. I left a bad review on the web page but I guess it won’t get published. Off to the charity shop!!

This company also operating under the name Stylishoe.com is a scam company. They advertise especially on facebook but if you place an order they take your money but do not send the product. If you message them they do not reply. It is one of the worse scammers. I foolishly trusted them and ordered a blouse on the 4th November and its now 28th December and it still has not arrived. They have not replied to any of my messages.Please do not order anything from them.

Still hasn’t arrived and we are week past latest committed arrival date. Have chased delivery and been told it’s in transit. Original estimated delivery date now deleted. Don’t buy from them

Took 2 months to arrive in spite of emailing at least 6 times. I received a standard reply to each query.
Surprisingly when the item arrived the item was very good.
I would never order from them again.
