I ordered trousers, one pair with stated size, 2 pairs arrived wrong size , no size label in, no return label. Discovered company was in Hong Kong. Was told it was my responsibility at my cost to return them. Have asked bank to take up issue with them

If I could give a zero I would. Bought a summery dress described as cotton and what arrived was a printed polyester mess. The stitching was dreadful and ghe whole thing looked cheap and nasty. Was also nothing like the size advertised. I queried the return process which involves sending the item via tracked postage to China at my own expense. I queried their t&cs about being liable for return costs when they mis-sold an item. I was advised that I could keep the dress and as a VIP I could have 30% off my next order. Like I'd be ordering anything else. One for the charity bag I think and I'll chalk it up to experience!

Utter rubbish ordered my wife some slip ons got nothing like i ordered total scam steer well clear of this company

Ordered a base for kitchen aid mixer. Finally arrived three weeks later and is damaged. They claim 24/7 support, but I cannot seem to get any response at all after 3 emails so far!
Would NOT use this company again and strongly recommend against anyone else using it either.

Well i bought a pair of slip on rubber shoes when they eventually arrived they were to small and very bad quality. All though they were not the size ordered they said i still had to return them to china at my cost which would be more than the price i paid of £24 so i am stuck with them . Do not use they are a scam site

Utter scam, garbage sent from china, took months to arrive and wasn't what I had ordered. It's just a scam

I am staggered to find that I would have to pay £19 to return an item which was unsuitable that cost £29.50. This company do not meet British returns policy.

This company is not even worth one star!!
I ordered 2 pairs of boots for my husband and myself for the winter - a size 8 and size 11 costing £55.00
Both pairs arrived 5 weeks later. The sizes were both wrong!! I asked for return details and paid £19 to return them and still waiting for my refund.
These are Con Artists. The quality of the boots was terrible plus being wrong sizes.
This company is a SCAM. This has cost me £74 with postage. DO NOT GET CONNED WITH THIS COMPANY. A total disgrace and they should not be trading!!!

The product took almost 2 months to get to me, stylie shoe just kept saying the item is in transit tough you have to wait, by the to me it arrived the product was very poor.

The web site says you have to return it to maybe get a refund, they decide if i get a refund, but product was poor/damaged and also too late for what i needed it for.

Web site says upto 10 business days to get item mine was 2 months, the web site says to return item but not where to return it, after i had sent the company numerous emails they eventually gave me an address in china, cost to send it back was more than purchase price and no guarantee they would get it after leaving the UK.

The companies response was keep product no refund but we give you 30% off another item, i dont need another poor product.

So everyone please stsy well away from this company bad product and even worse customer services, why can we not leave less than a 1 star review, wish i could leave minus 5 stars.

Please please save your money and go elsewhere to purchase, your be glad tgst you did.

Ordered orthopaedic sneakers size2. They asked me to confirm size I did size 2. Received 16th March & they are too big & certainly not orthopaedic. Absolutely rubbish. Do not buy from this company as all returns have to be sent back to China. Read reviews about this company before ordering. I wouldn’t give them a 1 star but that is the least you can give.

Wrong product sent. The jeans wouldn't fit a child. The red dress was nothing like the picture. The waterproof shoes were not waterproof. I so wish I had read trust pilot before ordering from these thieves

Delivery took over 2 months and when boots finally arrived they were so small I couldn't get them on. Avoid avoid avoid.

Do not buy from this company. Rubbish quality. Returns have to be sent back to China. Paid £25 for trousers that look like £5 from a market stall. Reviews on their page are fake. I didn’t check Trust pilot! Big mistake! I didn’t realise they were from China! Regret buying.

So many bad reviews on quality, I haven’t even had the pleasure of receiving my order.
Said ‘in transit’ for a month now and although they reply it’s an automated same word response. May as well have thrown my money down the toilet.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! Absolutely awful customer service. I was sent the most terrible dress that bears no resemblance to the dress I ordered (apart from being white) and they want be to pay to return. I paid almost £30 for a dress that I would not pay 30p for and it would cost £27 to return. Save your money.

I bought some trainers and after about 10 uses, they started to wesar at the back. I complained and was told to return them to China PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEIR PRODUCTS ARE RUBBISH

Poor quality. Incorrect sizing. Haven't had my refund yet.
