DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. THEY SENT ME WRONG SANDLES AND TELLING ME I HAVE TO PAY TO RETURN. AND WILL NOT SEND THE CORRECT SANDLES I PAYED FOR .I have sent so many emails .

Boots supplied the wrong size. Numerous emails sent, will not send a returns label as they say I ordered incorrectly, which is not the case. SOPHIA LILY the contact name for support is totally & utterly useless and will not respond. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY/SCAM

Utter rubbish. Poor poor quality. Not like the photos and 3 sizes too small, returns is post back to China ! A joke . No reply for emails sent to them, avoid and do a credit card chargeback, should have looked on here first !!!!

Big mistake not looking at the reviews. My mum liked a cardigan on Stylishoe so I offered to buy it for her for Christmas. Website looked ok, address at the bottom was the UK, price was £27. It took four weeks to come through. I bought it at the end of November and arrived 2 days before Christmas. I ordered a small but it looked more like a 14-16. It looked like a £5 jumper from SHEIN (that’s insulting to SHEIN as their products are much better) it was cheap and nasty. I went straight out and bought my mum a nice jumper on Christmas Eve. I wrapped up the rag from China (no reference at all to China on the website when I bought it) and gave it to my mum for a joke on Christmas Day. Her face said it all! I joked that was what she had asked for but then I quickly gave her the real present. When I tried to return it they said I had to send it back to China and that was stated clearly in their return policy (no it wasn’t) and the cost was £28! I told them that it was not as described, too big and looked like a rag and then I didn’t get any further correspondence. So, highly recommend avoiding this company - lesson learned. I do normally check reviews but I didn’t this time.

I ordered a chunky cable knit sweater, I received a cheap flimsy printed sweatshirt. They ignored my email for a month then replied saying per their t&c i had to pay for return to China, even though they hadn't sent what i ordered. However I had also opened a PayPal dispute which went straight to my favour. I responded to their email that if they wanted it back they'd pay, surprisingly no response.

The item was so poor and the smell of the coat so bad I had to throw it away in the bin.

DON'T TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGEPOLE

Scammers, received cheap poor quality items, even not matching actual advertising designs, full of lies service and asking to pay return shipping costs and no refund even when not receiving what ordered. Disgusting seller!

Ordered some shoes with uk sizes turned up way different to sizes requested UK 11 = UK9 at best so very disappointing as the wait for delivery was a long time the returns is also a tad annoying as you have to cover return costs and they are way higher than the cost of the shoes so I can’t imagine anyone sending anything back so I guess it’s something else for charity:(

I bought a so called fleece jumper and it turns out to be a one piece thin nylon printed long sleeved tee shirt with a mock fleece collar.
Plus there is no mention of what size it is or any label attached at all.
It looks like it was made in a sweat shop for 30p not the £24.50 I had to pay for it.
Most disgusted....

Please don't waste yr money and time with this company, bought a jacket in good faith pathetic straight to the charity shop.

I don't know whether I'm still in shock or not. ordered the jacket they use to pull you in, the fluffy lined one with the leather shoulders. needless to say that's not what arrived, it was cheap, flimsy and the best way to describe it was the leather effect and woollen look has just been printed onto it to appear like its textured. if anything it gave me a good laugh anyway. Do not order from this website haha!

Do not use this company!. Ordered a jumper from them. When it arrived it looked nothing like the picture and it was faulty. Stitching was coming away at the neck. I asked about sending it back but I was expected to pay return postage TO CHINA. a minimum of £9!. So was offered a discount off my next order! Why ever would they think I would want to order again when they are sending out cheap faulty goods

Do not buy from this company. What you see advertised in their adverts is not what you get . The product is similar but of poor quality. You have to return at your expense to China . They are banking in you not returning it . So don’t waste your money . Buy from good rated Chinese company’s.

I ordered a knitting top was nothing like the picture when it came, I was told to send it back to chine. Asked for a returns label which they obliged to do. Did a charge back on my credit card in the end and got a full refund. If you’ve ordered then do a charge back as the items are not as described and the pictures prove this. If everyone does a charge back then this company will soon go out of business.

I ordered a means jumper what I got was a cheap t-shirt which had been nothing like the advertised jumper, do not waste your money with these rip of merchants

Ordered two items around 50.00. Apparently sale. Items came. They were shit and rubbish quality. Followed the returns policy and sent them back to China. Cost me half the price of the items.
No refund. No acknowledgement of receipt even though I sent the tracking number. When I contacted them, they just repeat the same message: return the items to the address below etc. even when I say I have already done this, the same message if repeated again back to me.
A scam company. DO NOT buy anything from them. They are truly ripping everyone off.

Stylishoe.com this company is a complete rip off #211187 supposed to be knitted jumper but all I got was a very cheap flimsy printed top. Nothing like photo on website.

They say you can cancel the item? wrong you let them know to cancel, then you get an Email after saying about to ship order. So i sent another cancel request, next reply was order dispatched to late. Do not order from them also based in China

The shoes I bought they do not look like the ones advertised. I’ve contacted them several times for return instructions, unfortunately the shoes are small for feet, but they have not responded.

This company is misleading they show you a picture then send you a item that’s nothing like the picture.then if you want to return it you have to pay postage to china knowing it will cost you a fortune to return it. Stay well away from this company.
