From the first phone call, which was simply to gather information, through the final approval of our app and beyond, Subsplash has been amazing! Super friendly staff and customer service support coupled with a very user-friendly process made building an app for our church fun rather than tedious work. Would recommend this service to everyone!

I wished the live feature and the tv feature were not add ons but apart of my plan as originally informed.

In my experience, Subsplash is the best church app on the market. We've used Subsplash for about 8 years. We took a 1 year hiatus when we changed Giving Platforms, and used the Push Pay app. It was a huge step backwards. Many of our church attendees let us know they missed our old app and all of it's features. We switched back to Subsplash and worked with our success partner at Subsplash to get even more out of our app. I couldn't recommend this app enough. It's top features are how it handles media (video and audio), but it does so much more. You'll be happy you decided on Subsplash.

The Subsplash platform is AMAZING! It's easy to build/use, with a simple yet modern design. The tech support is phenomenal and they have been a huge help any time I've had questions. Our new app and website have really made the world of difference in how we have been able to communicate with our congregation and has also increased our abilities to reach even more people!

The tools are relevant and useful and always growing and adapting.

I've been thrilled to partner with Subsplash for our mobile app and giving platform. In my role, I primarily work within the giving platform. The fees are incredibly lower than our previous system (PushPay) and we have all of the same functionality and features. The customer service has been fantastic whenever we come up with a question or concern. Couldn't be happier with the system!

Overall good experience. Like the fact that there are constant improvements to the app. Would like to the the same type of cutting edge innovations on the Snappages side. Sometimes it is hard to get in touch with support. Having to make an appointment to call is sometimes inconvenient if the matter is pressing.

We researched a ton of other products but decided on subsplash for several reasons. Their integrity and commitment to ministries being the first reason. We also loved the continuity of their app with all platforms and functions needed within an app, website, giving platform and media items. We’ve never had any major issues with them and the minor ones were fixed immediately and often weren’t their issue but an outside platforms issue. Their staff is professional, friendly and helpful. I’m so happy that we chose to go with subsplash and we’ve been extremely blessed to have them for our app, website, giving and media needs for the past few years. As we’ve grown and had to adjust to our church needs so have they and it’s been a great ride. We’re looking forward to our relationship with subsplash continuing and growing in the years ahead.

I LOVE Subsplash! With almost anything, there's room for improvement in some areas I would like to see. For example further incorporation of fill-in notes with accounts/ blank notes, or tying notes to to media series so artwork can automatically be included and notes sorted, and a few other things that appeared to be began, but have not been full realized. That said, the support team is awesome, and I do like that SubSplash appears to always be looking for ways to improve the products they offer. I wouldn't use anyone else!

Subsplash not only offers a quality product and great user experience, they're always quick to help when we have a problem and are constantly exploring new ways to upgrade the products.

Subsplash solved many needs within our ministry. From podcasting, to media hosting, to website, and giving. Having a one-stop-shop for these needs is amazing!
