Subsplash had made building or branded app and website exceptionally easy. It also looks amazing! Their customer service is fantastic and they have been super helpful with launching and support. Additionally, their live feature allowed us to pivot easily and effectively at the beginning of the pandemic.

Since the pandemic dealing with COVID-19, our church had to have a way to communicate for Virtual Worship Service. We also wanted to put the ministry in the hands of visitors and members. This is now our 2nd year using Subsplash for the Church App and Website.

Subsplash is working hard to provide a solid communications and engagement tool for churches. I think the company is doing great things but until it can integrate better with a full church management tool, I think they will just be an average engagement platform.

Subsplash is user friendly, beautifully designed and offers simple integration. The support information is easy to understand. We’ve used Subsplash for 3 years and are very happy.

This is the second church I've built out an app and website using Subsplash. The media management that it gives to us as a small church plant is amazing. I can do within Subsplash what I know some churches use 4-5 different programs for.
Specifically, I love that I can post a sermon video and have it automatically create the video and audio for the app, web, and podcast.
The web developer that comes with the app is also great to work with. I'm not a web designer and was able to build out the page in a few days.

Subsplash took a couple of novice webmasters and walked with them through the process of setting up a website, inserting content, and learning how to keep the site fresh. plus walked us through the process of getting the app ready for the app stores. Any time we have had a question or concern, they were there to walk with us through the issue to a resolution.

I have been so impressed with how user-friendly the dashboard is, for the continual improvements and extra resources provided to enhance the app, website, and subsplash live. This company is amazing. They quickly handle any issues that come up. They are extremely helpful through the entire building process (if you choose to build yourself - no need to know coding!). Their help doesn't stop there. They continue to help you with anything you need along your journey. They are consistently looking for ways to improve their service beyond what is currently available, by adding new features, etc.
I'm thankful we found subsplash. We have wanted a church app for several years and finally have one! We have been with Subsplash for a little over a year. We've live streamed for several years (maybe about 5 or so), but adding Subsplash Live to our plan has made it so much easier!!
