Successories Reviews

Between ordering online, the proof, and the delivery, everything went very smooth and delivery was ahead of schedule. The product is high quality, with a laser engraved logo! Exceeded expectations. Thank you so much for helping our team building event end on a successful note!

I received a broken item. I contacted Customer Service immediately, and sent pictures. A PERSON responded - no intermediary "AI Assistant" - and the issue was handled promptly and professionally. The replacement item is beautiful.

First off, the customer service was so wonderful! I had to modify my order a couple times and the customer service representatives were so kind, had great communication and very timely. The custom product I ordered for an event came in a timely manner and also looked exactly how I hoped.

Communication and design was very quick and easy and the design turned out amazing. Shipping was also really speedy - I had the items in a matter of days after completing the purchase. 10/10 would order again.

Easy to order but direct help when I needed it. Lovely vase

The items themselves were good quality and shipped surprisingly fast. I had a concern about an authorization hold (which appeared as a pending charge) and the support team speedily resolved the issue. Good experience overall.

Customer service was excellent, product also turned out great

Though I did receive my complete order after a second ask, some third party scammer charges landed on the same card which was new and never used online previously. Although none of them are BBB affliated I tried to read through the privacy policy, but it had so much ambiguity about third parties, I'm sure it came from the my order to Successories. So far 4 unknowns have attempted $695.70, only charges totalling $111.93 have been successful, because my card company declined them. I ordered at my own risk and paid for it.

We thought the interactive sand trophy idea was perfect for our recipients. And our recipients did like them. There were quality issues with a couple of the name plaques, but replacements were sent quickly.

Clear communication, helpful responses, they got the product to me on time and I was very happy with the final product

I have to give full credit to the sales representative, Elle. She was professional, friendly, and responsive to my company's needs. The transaction went smoothly and flawlessly. The artwork ordered for our office arrived quickly and was packaged securely. I couldn't ask for better service or a better product. Thank you!

I spelled the name wrong and you corrected it for me. Well done.

Always a great experience

I can’t believe that my memories could be put into such a touching song. I cry every time I play it. I can’t wait to give it to my husband for Christmas.

easy to order, shipped timely

We ordered this clock as a retirement gift and everything about it was great. The time it took from order to delivery was fast, and it was packaged very well. We were all very impressed with the quality of the clock and it was even nicer in person than we expected. The color of the wood is very rich, the clockworks are shiny and look very cool, and the time was already set! The engraving was very well done, too. All in all, we were pleased with this purchase and plan to use this company again for sure!

It was perfect in every way! I love this picture!

I ordered a sample for our office to give as anniversary gifts. While they are a bit small, they are super cute! They did a great job with our logo!
