I had a fantastic experience with Student Roost. The accommodations were top-notch, and the staff were incredibly supportive and responsive. The facilities were always clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable living environment. The location was also ideal, with easy access to campus and local amenities. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to live while studying. Highly recommended

Swift and professional

We had our property managed by Josh and it has been great. If we needed maintenance work it was organised and carried out and was checked in on regularly so there would be evidence if anything was to be disputed at the end of the tenancy.
I would recommend going with Sulets over a private landlord, I have had a much better experience with Sulets than in previous properties with private landlords.

Great experience for university student living away from home

Room as described, helpful staff.

I was a great experience from the sulets and great and immediate response for ruta aswell.she was too good.

It was horrendous, do not go with this company.
Dirty living condition, lack of compassion and communication.
Rent and bill payment were a shambles.
We had 21 house viewings in the space of 6 months, with less than 24 hours notice.
Unkind staff in the office.

Sulets have been incredibly helpful. I originally ordered a studio for my university studies, during which the process was made very easy by the staff, who went above and beyond to answer questions. I was fortunate enough to be offered a degree apprenticeship, so I needed to cancel the studio for uni. Emma made this quick and easy, keeping me updated along the way, and ultimately finding another tenant. I recommend Sulets to anyone studying at university within Leicestershire.

Recently contacted Sulets regarding tenancy takeover for my contract. Emma Godsell helped me with the process and within a month was able to find someone to takeover my tenancy. Would recommend.

All students need someone like Emma to help them when things get hard. She’s been the best person to ever have helped me in sulets. I’ll never forget the kindness and the generosity she’s given me. Amazing person

We found a great house with exactly what we wanted as there was 7 of us in the group and the agent was helpful and enthusiastic at first but when we were taking one of our friends off the contract due to change of circumstances we couldn’t get hold of the agent so i would say communication could be improved

Simple process. Did what I wanted to do.

Me and my flatmates experience with Sulets, was very straightforward and easy. We booked a viewing for a property and by the next week, we had signed the contact. Would definitely recommend going through Sulets!

Had no issues, when something broke I rang Charlotte and she was straight on it every time, rarely had to wait more than a week. Inspections were always very quick, and they let you know well in advance so you have more than enough time to prepare.

Overall fantastic stay with no fuss.

Many issues have been brought up, with an unacceptable response time to said problems. Major leaking through the kitchen ceiling took approximately a whole week just for a simple fix that we were not allowed to do ourselves. Mold has been festering for the entire year and cleaning does not fix the issue, with sulets emails being very little help. Severe lack of communication and cannot stick to deadlines and dates, even if the company depended on it.

It’s very quiet which is nice. The accommodation is clean and tidy. The flat and rooms are lovely. The staff are helpful and there 24/7 which is great
