I had joined Sumit upreti in January 2023 and since then I have not only achieved a perfect physical and emotional health but also become a manifester in every area of my life everyday. At times, I think something and it happens instantly. I have started deeply decluttering the house as well as emotional baggage and feel so relieved and joyful these days. Now after achieving smaller goals, I have set bigger goals now of higher purpose, and I am sure I shall rock again under the guidance of Sumit sir, the guru energy and the group energy (CAH family). May we all keep growing healthier and better each day!

I am in it for the past 6 months. I find his yoga asanas to be simple, powerful and very effective. whenever i have to sit for long hours working i do one of his asanas for the back and spine his cosmic energy healing is amazing i get instant relief from back pain. His other simple asanas helps in relaxation of nervous system, rejuvenation of cells, beat stress, overcome loneliness, constipation, loose belly fat etc. I have cured a few and it is amazingly miraculous if you are dedicated and consistent.

My son met with an accident 2 months back but I join cosmic healing 1 month back I am doing tapping child dance for my son is improving day by day first day he was moving only his hand little bit love is moving his legs handsand hip whenever will come to the session He will connect to the golden light for immune in every session is energy cal all are saying that Rohit is recovery so fastly even I am seeing lot of health improvement in my son thank you guruji 🙏😊

Before 15 days during bedrest suggested by doctor in slip disk in L2,L3,L4 while searching you tube Add of Cosmic healing of Sumit Sir came, and I joint free seminar 21/22/23 july 23 , then joint CAH workshop of 21 days, I think this is First Cosmic Help I got from universe, And also this is sign for my spritual journey now defentely Speed up.
As by doing this positivity, come in every area, mind is so relaxed.

I had joined this cosmic group on 24th May through webinar for three days
Then in 3 days I feel very positive and relax then I join membership I had so many problems like migraine, cervical, back pain, sciatica etc but now till then there is no migraine and cervical pain and less pain in back .Knee pain and sciatica is left because of my mistake,because of 20 days gap.Really thanks Sumit sir you are a magician for us. Feel very relax and calm down while doing meditation. Energetic while doing yoga.

During 21 days of Cosmic Healing, I felt bit improvement in painful neck & shoulder while tapping
on whole body.

Regular deep breathing (anulom-vilom pranayam) had significant impact reducing pain in neck & shoulder

I have joined this wonderful group CAH around 3 weeks ago. I am 63 and having severe neck pain for a long time. With the tapping techniques and other yoga exercises neck pain is reduced drastically. I am feeling more energetic more relaxed and happier now.
