This company sucks!!! They shipped my item to the wrong address and will not refund me although I’ve reached out to customer service multiple times. Customer service Rep Laura is rude!

Horrible customer service

I returned an online order #443634 on 11/2/2023 it has been 3 weeks and I still have not received a refund. This company does not provide a phone number so you have to communicate via email. I was in contact with a lady by the name of Lisa/Lauren but both have stopped communicating with me. My next step is to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.

I had high hopes for this brand. But their customer service is horrible and did not care at all from what I feel. They well email you back with lack of knowledge of your order. And will always say wait a few days, give it more time. Um okay “almost” a month and still didn’t do anything about it. I know for a fact it doesn’t take that long to receive an item through the mail. Like come on, you see the tracking. Why wait so long to do something about it, obviously I was a very unhappy customer. Needs improvement in customer service & shipping. Very unsatisfied customer. Stop advertising your product to consumers if your gonna have a horrible customer service. Seems like you guys only care about a sale, “almost” a month wait for a order online is beyond ridiculous! Thanks for wasting my time.

Horrible customer service. If anything happens to your package, you’re basically responsible for going and finding it. Usually customer service deals with all the issues but SummerFridays website makes you deal with the shipping company.

Didn't provide an accurate shipping destination and then refused to let me return the product for a refund when my purchase arrived too late. Their site said 7-10 business days and it didn't arrive until the 11th business day (16 days total). Then tried to tell me it was my fault for not reading their shipping policy correctly.

Product smelt natural and was easy on skin. Very small for what it was but did have a luxurious feel to it. Didnt see much glow in my skin after!

I recently contacted their customer service about some adverse effects following the use of their CC Me serum.
I’m happy to report that the issues have settled and I really like the product.
However I am extremely disappointed with their customer service?
I contacted them in good faith, being concerned about a problem I’d experienced and apart from a standard reply, no one has bothered to address my queries?
I really do think they need to have more respect for their customers?
After all they are what makes a business thrive!
The product is lovely but they need to address any concerns in order to establish a reputable brand.

I tried the Jet Lag mask which burned my face both times I used it. As in, bright red, hot to touch, burning! I gave the tube to my neighbour as I bought the £60 version and it seemed a shame to waste it, but then it burned her face too. I don't even have sensitive skin!

I contacted customer support about a contaminated item this company sent through a third party subscription box. I received an automated/generic response about the item, and my issue was not resolved. I wrote back for further clarification, and still have not received a proper response.
My issue was not resolved, and this company seems to only help certain consumers, but not others.
I am still stuck with a contaminated product that I cannot use, and the company refuses to take responsibility for my item. I am extremely disappointed in this company and its products.
