Its easy. You pick your meals, they are delivered. Then you cook.i have had very few problems. The ingredients are good.

I love Sunbasket. The selection is great, and it takes the guesswork out of planning meals for the week for our family. It's easy to adjust week by week, and even skip or redirect an order if needed. I ordered every week for years, and only backed off recently because of budget constraits. But we continue to love the experience (we average maybe once a month now). And we keep the recipe cards and recreate them ourselves sometimes, although getting everything in the box is still the most convenient.

I love that you can choose your protein! That feature is amazing. I love the fact there are meals that are already ready to be microwaved and meal kits that you can cook. However, the premade meals sell out frequently, and we are limited to gluten free meals, so some weeks there are no premade meals left for us to order. I have a Celiac in the household and I wish I was a little more aware of the steps you take to make each mean "gluten friendly". I do worry about cross contamination. It would be amazing to have certified gluten free ingredients for Celiac sufferers.

My shipments have been late twice. Last time it was dropped off after 11pm causing me to have to purchase dinner unexpectedly and also I had to get out of bed in the middle of the night on a Monday night to put away the food in the fridge. That was annoying.

I actually don't personally eat your meals due to severe food allergies, but since I am still the one that is responsible for feeding my family, I sourced your premade meals and my family has largely been impressed with them and have liked them. Only a few meals were a miss on the flavors, but most are very yummy according to my family. And there seems to be enough variety to keep them happy. The only drawback is that there is not enough in the portion size and we have to add rice to get bellies full. Considering the price point, we shouldn't have to be supplementing a meal to satiate ourselves.

So overall, we are very happy with the features and the recipes, the food quality is good as well. Just a few pieces of feedback that could turn our 4 star rating into a 5.

Sunbasket offers so much variety with the meal kits and options for which protein you want. They have offered halibut which is so rare! I also likke that you can purchase already prepared one person meals which just need to be microwaved. Customer service has been great in the few instances I've needed them. I was a Green Chef subscriber and am now hooked on Sunbasket. Kudos the the creativity of the staff for the meals!

I really enjoy the healthy meals I receive from Sunbasket, they are natural and free of chemicals and preservatives. They have meals for every diet and blood type. I tried all different types of meal companies this one is the best. I will continue purchasing from them as long as I am able to.

I have been a customer of Sunbasket for 8-9 years. Over the past few years I have seen a decline in the quality of products received where I often receive “non-organic” foods. I am paying for organic, non-organic is not an acceptable substitute. Also there were house made sauces and dips and now they are coming pre-made from an outside source with non-organic and other questionable ingredients. Lastly, the quality of meat and fish is not comparable to what it was. You no longer offer Faroe Island salmon and the salmon that is offered is not the same as what is described. Also the chicken and ground turkey quality has changed and not for the better.
While increase in price is somewhat understandable due to the current economy, the quality provided does not justify the price.

Great recipes, good food. I feel like we are eating healthy, clean food when we eat Sunbasket. Sometimes the food itself is smooshed or the icepack makes the lettuce, cucumber, or veggies wilted, but overall, the quality is good.

What I like about Sunbasket is that I can order fresh healthy ingredients for a menu and then modify it to satisfy my husband's and my tastes and dietary needs. This gives me 100 flexibility in cooking while still having minimum preparation time. I will frequently add an ingredient such as brown rice and leave out an ingredient such as cilantro. It is rare that we do not enjoy our meals. I have been using Sunbasket since 2020.

The meal selection has me trying new things. I find most of them broaden my palate. I would like a bit less kale as a vegetable selection but every thing else is delicious.

Great selection and packaging. Easy meal preps and dinner is quickly on the table.

The variety of dinners and other food choices, and ability to tailor my meals to my food preferences, have been a big plus.

We’ve been ordering meals from Sunbasket for years, and the food quality and menu variety are excellent. The biggest benefit is not having to plan dinner, and the meals are varied enough that nothing feels repetitive—it’s like having a chef choose for you. I wouldn’t want to be without it.

Sunbasket also cares about its packaging, making it eco-friendly, and the delivery service, and continually improving it. Customer service is very responsive.

I enjoy cooking but don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen. I love fresh ingredients and a variety of different dishes. Sunbasket recipes are easy & flavorful meals to prepare and I’m not left with unused ingredients. They do a decent job at making the packaging recyclable. When I have had a delivery issue (infrequent but it does happen) they are always very prompt in responding. Overall I’m happy with them and have been a loyal customer for many years.

We love Sunbasket! The variety and tastiness can’t be beat. It’s the best meal delivery service we’ve used. It’s a bit on the pricier side, but it’s worth it for the convenience and flavor combos.

Overall the food is very good. We like it because we need diary free meals and they make it easy. Problem is help when thing don’t go correctly. The answer is always refund but they don’t seem to address issues. We recently tried to have food come to Colorado on vacation. They just never shipped it. I tried to speak with a supervisor and was blown off. The other common issue is that vegetables are often frozen in the boxes.

We have enjoyed the variety of meals, freshness, and organic produce. Our only concern has been leakage or meat not staying on ice a few times.

I have been using Sunbasket for seven or more years. I have watched the quality decline and often wonder if I should still be ordering from them.
