Return policy for unused items is poor
Return policy for unused items is poor. The timeline is too short when I am waiting for all of the install components to show up from different suppliers, but incorrect items are ordered and I need to make returns for refunds, 30 days is insufficient.

Their controller and/or inverter do not work
Their support is ridiculous. You create a ticket and basically work for them running in circles. They want pictures of the internals of a device they produced. I sent them everything they asked for but their support is worthless. Don't waste your time and money on these scam artists.

I researched several solar companies…
I researched several solar companies before purchasing from Sungold Power. I ended up with a 10kw inverter, 12 - 550watt panels and 5 self heating batteries. The set up took some time, but when dealing with electricity, well you do not want to rush things. Once everything was installed, I made a call to them and was able to dial in the inverter with the battery setup and the deal was complete
