I bought a new Sunjoe scarifier and it had a broken part so I tried to call customer service 3 times and waited on on the calls more than 15 minutes each time and then I get a recording "no representatives are available call back later" Sunjoe must have hire "the work from home crowd and they are all out walking the dog or at the park or shopping but anyplace but home working.

Missing parts and tgerrible customer service.

From Sun Joe to my request for help. Basically advised me they have 72 hours to respond! WTF!

A professional or a weekend warrior- this just isn’t acceptable!

After only 2 uses over 2 years ownership of my SunJoe Power Washer I already have to replace the spray hose. It was hung properly and should not have split. A $12 garden hose is more resilient. So o spent about $60 to replace it. It was to arrive 2 days ago. It won’t be here for another 2 days- maybe. Tried to call Sun Joe and was on hold for 25 min- even though the recording said there was a 6 min wait for a rep to be on. Then the recording told me no reps were available and hung up. So I went on their website and spent another 37 min and gave all my info -3X- and could only get foolish answer from their CHAT! No other options. Called customer service again, and chose the option for a call back. I’m 57 minutes in and waiting. The squeeze isn’t worth the juice!

To add insult to injury, on their website they offer free shipping in the US. Ha! I paid a little over $11 for a $40 product- and it’s still late! And used their website!

Here are your choices.
1- Shop with Sun Joe at your own risk, or 2- buy from a better quality company.

I know this is my first and last product from Sun Joe.

Don't throw your money away buying products from Sun Joe/Snow Joe. They are poorly made and what's worse is the company does not stand behind its products. I got the run around each of the numerous times I called Customer Service to order a replacement bag for my electric leaf vacuum. After so much frustration I finally tossed the leaf vacuum in the trash. Shopper Beware!

2 month old string trimmer-part numbers right from the owners manual neither the trimmer or the replacement spools sre found on the website. Total of 4+hours on hold and nobody answers.
Chat option goes to a non working page.
This is a sell- only company. There is NO customer support to speak of.
If you are not handy at fixing and modifying your own stuff, STAY AWAY!
Luckily I found spools on Amazon from an offshore source. Hopefully I can modify to my needs. Its a shame as I like their stuff, but as I said there is ZERO customer service. You are on your own after the sale.

Faulty lawnmower that worked for three months. Company insisted I pack it up and bring it to a UPS store. Great except that I’m a widow, 60 years old and this was a tremendous hardship. I asked them to send a UPS label so the product could be picked up at my home. Their answer was resounding no. This agreement took over a month to come to. My yard looks like a meadow. I started to see ticks. Sun Joe only offered store credit as a solution. They offered to send me another lawnmower and then said it was out of stock. Now I will be stuck with a store credit for another poorly made and unreliable product. Horrible customer service, horrible breach of customer trust. I would not buy again.

I am waiting for three months for a replacement for my battery operated one gallon sprayer which is under warranty. I was told they are out of stock and will notify me when it is back in stock. I have emailed them since, but have heard nothing.

This company sells pure junk.
Have dethacher and grass shears.
Work well if working. If you need replacement parts, you are on your own. Tried calling for parts they will not sell them to you.
Tried calling again today for grass shear replacement blades disconnected twice. Sorry Sun Joe i am twice and done. Totally uncaring towards your customers.

Pressure washer- company would not support repair.
The hose connection for electric pressure washer failed(broke). Company will not supply part since it is an ‘internal connection’. Otherwise machine worked fine. I fowl this part failed due to poor design- gets lots of movement from hose.
Company just said, sorry you need to purchase new machine (wasteful of resources and my money).
Also one of my attempts to contact customer support by phone, was in queue for 15+min, then system says no one is available and disconnected. Waste of time as well.
I will not purchase another Sun Jo item.

I am extremely disappointed with my Sun Joe SPX4600 Electric Pressure Washer.

I bought this unit because I believed Sun Joe was a reputable brand and expected it to last much longer than it did. Unfortunately, after only two years of normal residential use, the machine completely stopped working.

What makes the situation even more frustrating is that there appears to be little to no repair support available. I contacted customer service hoping to find a solution, but the experience was disappointing and unhelpful. It seems these units are designed to be replaced rather than repaired.

For a product at this price point, I expected durability, reliability, and proper customer support. Instead, I am left with an expensive pressure washer that no longer works and no practical way to get it fixed.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend the Sun Joe SPX4600. I would also be hesitant to purchase other Sun Joe or Snow Joe products in the future. There are many other brands on the market that offer better product support and longer-lasting equipment.

Buyer beware.

If I could give this waste of money a zero star review I would. Wife bought the thatcher & it lasted one pass on my front lawn. Stopped working so I looked into it. Thinking it would be the belt it ended up being the gear off the motor was completely bald, all the groves on the surface wiped clean off. Save your money & purchase a different brand. Plastic pieces for heavy jobs dont go.

Sadly the battery charge after fully charging it on laste4d 15 minutes. About 5 passes on my lawn. it may take me a few days to mow my lawn as now i have to wait 4.5 hrs for a full charge. SAD I really want my money
back

Yeah, stay away. The hose broke on my air compressor's fifth use. Called to request a replacement and was on hold for 30 minutes. Then was told they didn't have a hose.

I purchased a 3 in 1 blower 1 year ago now it's discontinued can't help said they can't find my order what a joke

sunjoe electric power washers are a POS . cheap crap . There customer service sucks , waited and no one picked up the call. Needed a part that boke and NO where to get it. I will NEVER buy a Sunjoe product.

I purchased the Sun Joe SPX3000 Xtreme pressure washer from Home Depot in June 2023. The unit has been used only four or five times for very light residential cleaning.

Recently, when connecting the garden hose, water immediately started leaking from inside the machine and nothing came out of the spray wand. The washer will not build pressure because the water is leaking internally.

Given how little the machine has been used, this points to a serious durability issue with the pump or internal components.

I contacted Snow Joe / Sun Joe support expecting to be able to purchase replacement parts or get help diagnosing the problem. Unfortunately they told me they could not provide parts and offered no repair options or goodwill replacement.

A pressure washer that fails after a handful of uses and cannot be repaired because parts are unavailable is disappointing. Customer support was not helpful and provided no practical solution.

Based on my experience I would recommend considering other brands that offer better durability and parts support.

I purchased a sun Joe blower with battery back in the middle of September 2025 from QVC. The tool stopped working in January 2026. I called the company and file a warranty claim on the tool and based on I guess what I said they said it was the tool not working. I thought it was the battery but I could be wrong. They sent me a new tool that didn’t work. I called again and made another warranty claim for the battery this Time a week later I was sent a battery and I put that on the tool and that didn’t work this sun blower is junk pure junk. This is a warning. Do not purchase it even though you have a warranty they send you junk to replace it.

Don't buy your lawn mower from Sun Joe. For the last 4 years I cannot purchase replacement blade. They took my email but they never reached out. I am left with a $300 lawn mower that is about ready to go to recycle. No parts available anywhere. Shame on this outfit.

I purchased a product for my sister for Christmas and she lives in another state. My order said it would ship in 3 business days and I would get an email. When the 3 business day time period passed and I didn't get a shipping confirmation, I reached out to customer service via email and I was told by a customer service rep, Petty Manguillimotan, that it was out of stock, and she asked "did I want to cancel." I asked why nobody told me that they were out of stock and why was I charged. I got a scripted response back and she again asked, "do you want to cancel?" I said, yes, cancel my order. The next day I went on their website and saw the product I wanted to order and it showed as being in stock. I called them and they said, "no, that's wrong, our system hasn't "caught up" yet and it isn't in stock." The rep on the phone then asks, "so you want to cancel your order?" I said, "I already did via email with Petty yesterday. She said, "no it's not cancelled, is that what you want? If so, I will cancel it now." I said, "yes of course, if you don't have it, cancel it. I hang up and email Petty again and say, confirm this is cancelled. She emails back the next day and she states that it is "now" cancelled. In the meantime I ordered the same item via another vendor. A couple of days later I get an email from this company (SunJoe) saying that my order "has shipped!" I immediately emailed Petty at SunJoe and said, "I was told this was out of stock and then then I was told that this order was cancelled. I ordered from another company already." Her response was, "sorry, it's in transit, there's nothing we can do now. You'll have to return it or you can refuse delivery." Seriously! Mind you, this is going out of State as a gift, so I can't just hop on a plane and refuse delivery. In addition to the fact that this was meant to be a gift. Am I now supposed to inconvenience the person receiving the gift and say, return it?! I emailed all of this, back and forth, back and forth to Petty. No resolution, and eventually, no response. I contacted the BBB. They agreed that I should not have been charged because I cancelled the order and then they shipped it. That was on them. The BBB reached out to them to settle the dispute and the BBB said that the company never got back to them either. It is, by far, the worst customer service experience I've ever had. They also have a parent company TruVolt who clearly doesn't care either. I had so much back and forth just trying to get this squared away since it was the holidays. They need to get it together. If you need a product like the ones they sell, just go through Amazon. Their customer service is much better. Again, the name(s) to watch out for are SunJoe, Snow Joe, Aqua Joe, Auto Joe and managed by TruVolt. I don't want any other unsuspecting consumers to go through what I went through.

Brought a electric lawn mower. Used it once it broke. Company sent a replacement. Works great lightweight.
