The lawn mower I purchased 3 years ago, the motor died when I went through some long grass in my backyard, it wouldn’t start back up , I let it sit over night,, charge the batteries and in the morning it just clicked, wouldn’t start, I called sun joe Customer Service and they told me that they only have a warranty for 2 years, then the customer service said that they were sorry, there’s nothing she can do, I guess you buy crap you get crap, I never would recommend sun joe

Bought lawn mower with two year warranty it broke after 6months and prior to that shaved grass not mowed! Took 8 months of being disrespected and arguing to get half the money I paid only in store credit no replacement mower or money back in full they do NOT honor warranty!
It’s been a year i cant even use store credit the online store says my address is undeliverable and customer service LIED and responded last time you mailed to a neighbor! I received orgingal mower by mail through Amazon at my same address, still no budging will not send money or credit to bank

I bought sunjoe wireless electric shovel, the battery lasted for one season only. This battery can't be charged again.

my pressure washer was having a issue, turns out i had put a part on backwards but before i realized that i called them and they told me to send a video of the problem, i was told that it was unfixable wasnt covered under warranty and i would need to buy a new one. these people are liars and con artists do not buy their stuff.

Complete junk! Cut my lawn twice with it and it broke after I hit a root or rock. Company refused to fix or refund my money. Machine was a total write-off. I bought an electric mower. Avoid like the plague.

Had this product for 4 years. Only used it about 5 times during that period. The motor would stop and start erratically. In March2025 tried to use it again. Didn't work. Went to customer service to trouble shoot. No success. Workman ship is not desirable. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS WASHER TO ANYBODY.

If I could leave ZERO STARS, I would. DON'T buy from this company. They are a rip off. They WON'T honor their 2 year warranty. I have been trying to get a replacement part for almost a year. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The tiller we got broke within a few months, bought the wagon as well and that lasted about a month. The sprinkler i got doesn't work either. SUCKY COMPANY, SHYT PRODUCTS!!!!

Tried to order a spx3000 pressure washer tank a year ago without any luck. Tried again today and technical support told me the tank was built in and couldn't be removed. We all know the two plastic tanks sit in a trough and aren't attached to anything. The agent refused to let me speak with a different person. Wish I could give this company a 0 for their support.

I need a new battery for my snowblower. They do not carry it making my snowblower useless without the battery. Whats the point of selling products when you can't even provide parts.. POOR customer service. This is for Snow Joe ...

DO NOT BUY SUN JOE PRODUCTS. One star is not low enough. Terrible product, dismal customer service. Will never buy again. Customer service makes warranty process impossible. They are trained to deny any and all supporting documents provided for proof of purchase etc. Pressure washer broke on first use - went back and forth with customer service reps who would ask for one document and then deny its validity when provided. I’ve provided copy of proof of purchase, credit card statement confirming purchase, photos of bar code from original packaging, everything a reasonable customer would have and they come back with an excuse for everything and then claim customer service is their first priority…..waste of time and money if you buy from Sun Joe.

Bought several products from them including leaf blower, snow shovel and snow blower. The 4.0 battery was stuck on the leaf blower and i was unable to remove it. They sent a new one under warranty but it came with the 2.0 battery. I called a year ago and was told by customer service that they were out of stock but they would send one when it was back in stock. That was nearly a year ago.

I called today since i see the 4.0 battery is available, but they said they were out of stock and only had the 5. 0 battery which they would send for $99!!! I asked for a supervisor and was on hold for about 7 minutes until the agent returned saying none was available, and demanded my proof of purchase. I told her they had all that in their data base.

I was going to buy one of their mowers in the spring but no longer. I won't do business with a company which lies!!!

Now, I'll buy Greenworks. BEWARE!!!

A couple years ago, Bought a SPX4600 power washer, maybe using it 15 hours. Moved across country, went to use it, motor turns on, but compressor does not. Reached out for help, parts something...Only response is 15@ off on New Washer. Terrible service, STAY AWAY FROM SUNJOE!

I bought the SunJoe GTS4002C Cordless Lawn Care System and was delighted with it until I needed to order trimmer line replacement. That was a over year ago and since then I have not been able to use the trimmer. I have called CS several times and been told so many reasons why they are out of stock but it is interesting how they have a double spool of the same mm in stock. It is also very disappointing that they are SO eager to continue to sell new products with two single spools included but they could not care less about their present customers who have bought one or more of their Sun Joe/ Aqua Joe/ Snow Joe products in the past.
What a disappointment.

Can not get replacement on grass trimmer. Have called several times over the past few months and get the same response every time. I'm sorry, but we do not have this in stock at this time. We should have it in 4 to 6 weeks, but they DON'T!!!! Just called again, not she said not till next summer. My grass still grows at this time of year!!!! Last product I will ever buy with this company!!!!

I got a pressure washer during a non-profit organization's fundraising silent auction. It was new in the box. When I assembled it, I found the water intake pre-filter was missing.

I emailed Sun Joe requesting the filter, and was told to contact the non-profit and have them replace it. I advised Sun Joe that the item was donated by someone else. They again told me to have the non-profit replace the part and that silent auction items AREN'T COVERED BY THE WARRANTY.

Customer service is the worst. I'm talking about a $4 item that THEY neglected to include. I ended up buying one from Home Depot.

I have a small Sun Joe leaf blower which is OK, but I will never buy another Sun Joe product.

This review only got one star because this site doesn't have 1/4 increments. I purchased a SunJoe leaf blower with a telescoping pole and attachments to clean out your gutters. You couldn't even blow out a candle with this thing. It's force is way too weak. The battery didn't last but 15 - 20 minutes, tops. The telescopic pole operated fine but the actual blower was far less than impressive. I'm disabled and when I saw this product advertised I thought that would solve the problem of cleaning the gutters of my home, a rancher. So, I contacted their customer support department to ask for a refund of the $202.52 I had spent on the unit. After an exchange of over 17 email messages which seemed like I was communicating with extraterrestrials they finally email me a message stating that they don't refund, they can only offer me store credit. WTH

We deserve no-star options. This company is incompetent and they sell poor quality equipment. Who knew plastic could rot? I purchased their leaf mulcher in September 2023, I started using it in November 2023 when after two weeks I noticed white spots popping up on the green plastic. Soon thereafter during use, the force of the vacuum knocked debris into and through the weakened plastic creating a hole and injuring me in the pelvis. I wasn’t going to make a big deal of the injury because my thought at the time was that things happen in the garden. When I wrote to ask for a warranty replacement, I produced all the necessary proof of purchase receipts and codes. After all that, I was told that they were out of stock and that I could sign up for a notification when they were back. Get this, an entire year later, they’re still not back in stock. I called to get a rep from The Philippines on the phone who had no record of my initial case. Go figure! I asked to speak to a Manager and guess what she told me “There are no managers here sir” WTAF. What kind of shitty company is this? NEVER AGAIN! I avoided paying the higher price for a Worx unit. That was a huge mistake. SUNJOE IS TRASH! SUNJOE IS A SCAM COMPANY! BEWARE!

This company is a disaster!! I bought THREE 1
Gallon RECHARGEABLE GARDEN SPRAYERS, registered all three.. even sent one back for replacement
They asked for photos , I sent them, THEY ASKED FOR PROOF OF PURCHASES FROM AMAZON…I SENT THEM….THIS IS GOING ON FOR MORE THAN A YEAR.. THEY DO NOT LIVE UP TO THEIR WARANTEES! All three of these do not charge!

I received an electric mower from Sun Joe as a warranty claim in July 2023. In September 2023 the metal mower deck cracked, so I contacted Sun Joe about the warranty. I was told that it was covered under warranty, but the mower I had was out of stock. They said they would notify me when the mower was back in stock so they could send a replacement for the new warranty claim. In September 2024 the mower was still not in stock, so I contacted them to find out what other options I had. They told me the replacement mower was NOT covered by a warranty.
