the marketing is well done, and their products are sold in many places so it seems like it would be decent but the customer service was very sneeky and did everything they could to get out of refunding me for a shipment that never was. The refuse to refund something never sent is outrageous, but i had to really threaten them with a claim through my credit card, many many many times before they finally issued the refund - 5 weeks later.

Sunjoygroup is a horrible company with horrible products. The canopy of the gazebo broke after the first summer. After that we ordered a new one. That broke by mid summer. We asked for a replacement and they denied it. DO NOT BUY their products.

I am dissatisfied by your response to my inquiry to remedy my concern about the peeling paint and rust on my gazebo. I will be contacting BJ's Warehouse where I made the purchase and expressing my complaint at online social media platforms about your unsatisfactory customer service . Roof rusted and paint peeling!!!

Worst gazebo and their quality is terrible. Few of the roof planks flew away breaking the screw holes. When I have reported the same, was told they will send the replacement parts that are covered under warranty and later they did mention that there's a shipping cost of $450.

Purchased a gazebo 2 uears ago, and the top rails started to rust and 2 broke, so I figured I'm out of warranty so I'll see if the can purchase the parts...the representative for there company says it's discontinued but I physically saw the same item in 2 stores...they just basically didn't want to deal with a paying customer. One gentleman at the store said he would give me the parts out of a box and send it back as an open item, possibly missing parts and they will send his store a new one.. so I was told they are not in stock anymore by there company but the store employee can get a replacement...worst company stay away there products are not good hence the limited 1 year warranty..

A canopy gazebo in 2021 first day putting it up the canopy ripped took them over a year to replace my canopy. And got it at the end of 2022 summer season. In spring of 2023 was able to use it for the summer . It is now April 2024 and I just put up the canopy and it ripped so easily. I called to see about getting a replacement under warranty for this canopy since it's only been used for one summer. And was denied I would never ever buy another Canopy or gazebo from Sunjoy.

Charging 77 $ dlivery ona 99 dollar product even though the company states serves north america There are cheaper methods of delivery, Sadly will never buuyagain from this company

I don’t recommend the soft top gazebo . Mine lasted 2 summers and then it was torn . The warranty was expired and I couldn’t get a replacement.
I tried to buy a replacement but apparently they’ve discontinued it and only have a few bottom parts but not the small top one . I would have to buy a new gazebo altogether only after 2 summers of use !!
This is not practical at all , I’m disappointed with their product and service . There is no way to contact them on the phone , all communication has to be done via email .

Worst product and worst customer service ever. Don’t waste your time buying their junk. I had my canopy up for two months last summer and this summer I put it up and it has a huge tear. I contacted the company and Vivian Lee totally ghosted me after she asked me a million questions.

i bought a canopy, they charged me hefty shipping, the product did not fit the specifications and had to be returned. simple policy, take a 60% sum as return and throw the product into the garbage. worst customer service

They have earned a 1 star only because it is not possible to give then a Negative star score. If it were possible I would give them a negative ( -5 star )

The roof was to weak and shredded while trying to install, like a dry-rot after one season. I bought an aftermarket on from Trade Winds. That one was not of quality but at least outlasted the original from Sunjoy. From the beginning, it was too small and thin, too tight and not real give, it served 2000, 2021 and really tore up in 2022 with multiple patches. was not really fit for the third season. Was not really impressed with the short material from the beginning.
2023 would have been the 4th season, the frame is still usable. I contacted Sunjoy, hoping they may have moved over to a decent material that won't shred in 1 year. I got a lot of flack from the customer service demanding the "model number". Sent them the copy of the original receipt. There was NO MODEL NUMBER, but there was a MODEL NAME. 2 of 3 attempts, explaining I had only a model name, no number. I do not see and model numbers posted, just names. A few days later, I get an email from a different rep saying that they discontinued that canopy, "no roof is available." Crap - it is Junk! $425 for a canopy that is only good for 1 season, then they don't supply a replacement roof. Like the rest of the happy customers of SUNJOY Crap, I will never buy again!!!
PS - the previous canopy house lasted 10 years until an early October snow storm collapsed it. I probably bought 2 or 3 roofs over that 10 years

I purchased a slider roof pergola 2 years ago…and in that time the sliders have become cracked and have holes.
They replaced all 12 even with warranty expired..
The whole issue was over and done within a week..professionally and without bias.

I purchased one of their soft top gazebos back in May of 2022 and over the past few months I've discovered that it could not hold up to sun, wind, rain, or any of the outdoor elements that may come despite their claims of it being a durable steel structure and having high quality. I was already sold a faulty defective one and the best thing that they did for me was to send out replacement frames but after it was destroyed when wind was blowing despite it being drilled down to concrete it still blew over and cause property damage. I contacted the company and informed them of what happened and their response to me was well I should have dismantled the entire thing and put it back in the box before the wind started and they were not doing anything about it.

Emailed Sunjoy about my Gazebo Canopy which was splitting at the seams. No response. No customer service. Will not purchase another product again.

Worst customer service ever. I purchased a replacement gazebo top. By mistake, I purchased the wrong one and it did not fit. I reached out and for my return I needed to supply photos of the top, photos of the packaging it was sent it. When you return it, you pay the return shipping plus they take 15% of your return for "restocking."
I now order my replacements from Amazon. If its wrong, they return it with a full refund. Sorry Sunjoy, you lost my business.

Worst experience ever! Some pieces do not line up to bolt it together, its been over a month I bought my gazebo and its still not done because I have to order parts as I go and it doesn't help that I can't speak to anyone only by email and they keep confusing the multiple tickets that I have to create. Don't recommend anyone to purchase anything from them...

I bought a gazebo in a store that they said doesn't qualify for warranty.
The store has a no return policy
The box was missing some parts and when I tried to order they said I have to pay full price for the parts plus shipping cost.
The person over the phone was not helpful at all and he only wanted to open a service ticket as he can not do anything else.
After emailing back and forth for multiple days it was a dead end and I ended up with a gazebo that I couldn't use.

Absolutely Terrible Customer Service. I ordered a pergola that came missing a corner piece. I tried to get them to replace it through calling, through email but it was all dead ends and no-replies. I would not recommend buying from this company, nor will I ever do so again.
