This is the worst company

This is the worst company when you need help they give you an automatic recording and never get back ahold of you this is the second brand gazebo I have bought made from this company. This one I have only had for a year needs a new canopy cannot get online to order a new one tried to call and sent an email no reply. This is the worst company to buy from

Junk

I ordered a replacement canopy after putting in the model number on their website. After I got one side on I attempted to put the other on but the stitching was so far off it wouldn’t slide on. I emailed them 4 times then I made a PayPal dispute. They sent me an email the next day and then sent me a reply through my PayPal dispute telling me they did reach out. Their website does say something about a 15% restocking fee but they told me it would be a 15-20% restocking fee even though it’s because their selling junk that doesn’t fit properly. I believe all their reviews on their website are fake! Stay away from this company. Their a bunch of crooks.

What I got was too small.

I believe what I ordered and what I got was the wrong size. Wanted a canopy replacement 14'X14', # L-Z793PTS-E. The one I received was at least 4" to 5" too short.
Could not tell until I was far into the installation. Got the top tier on by soaking it in the pond for a day and stretched it over the frame. That was OK until I went to put it back on, after the main canopy was put in place, not stretched. The top tier canopy was so far out of shape, it would not even come close to fitting in the proper holes. Be very careful, 3 grown men could not fit the canopy in the previous frame. I have pictures if requested.

Horrible customer service still not resolved

Ordered two replacement canopy's only received one got charged for two. The phone number says high call volume then hangs up. All the emails they say my info is wrong and my order number is wrong when I sent screenshot. This has been very frustrating I feel like they just want to blow me off and keep my money. The one replacement they sent was delivered in a beat up Lowe's box really. We don't even know if it's the correct one yet my husband hasn't put it up yet cause of work.

I purchased a replacement canopy for my gazebo from Sunjoy. It cost over $100. I purchased the gazebo from Sunjoy and I know that it was the correct canopy. I bought it in February, getting excited to put it on, and did so in March. It didn't fit. It fell a good 2" short. Because it was over the 30 day period Sunjoy wouldn't provide a refund or a replacement. I had to toss my gazebo and bought a pergola from another company. Customer service is terrible. It's had to reach someone and then when you do, they just say no. Won't ever purchase from them again. Stay away!! M. Page

Worst customer service I have ever delt…

Worst customer service I have ever delt with!! Ordered a replacement canopy, but unfortunately ordered the wrong size. It took. 4 months of constant phone calls and emails with customer service to finally receive my return shipping label. Today I sent another email asking the status of my refund!! Within 10 minutes, I received a PayPal credit, but it was $40 less than I paid for the canopy!!!! I will NEVER purchase anything else from this company and will plaster their terrible customer service everywhere I can😡😡😡

Responsive customer service. I requested a replacement top for their avalon desk, that was covered by warranty. The top arrived quickly and was well packaged.

Waited 28 months for replacement top.

I purchased a 10x12 gazebo about 2 years ago. During the summer the top was damaged. I ordered a replacement and was told it would be about $100. I next received an email telling me it was “out of stock”. I waited and waited I email customer service and would get “they will notify me when it’s back” finally after 5-6 phone calls the item came available after 18 month but not at $100 but at $207. When I asked I was brushed off and hung up on.

Customer Service is Terrible

Customer service is pretty much non-existent. I have an order for parts for my gazebo submitted back in October 2020, it is now July 2021 and still no parts. When you call or email you will get the same old message “we will check on it and get back to you” but no one ever does. Their gazebos are poorly made and parts frequently break. I would suggest you purchase from another manufacturer.

No Joy with Sunjoy

When Wayfair said they couldn't do anything for us for the gazebo we bought from them in 2020 (I called five days outside of the one-year warranty this spring, when the cover shredded as we put it up, after just five months of use last year), they recommended I contact the manufacturer - Sunjoy - because they might have a bit more latitude in their replacement policy. So I did that, and was told I'd receive a call within two days. No call after four days, so I called again. I was refused transfer to a manager until I got very insistent, was then put on hold for a very long time, and then informed there was no manager available to speak to me, but I would be getting a call from someone within one hour. That came and went about a month ago and I've heard absolutely nothing from them. Two deliberate lies on the part of the woman who answered my calls. Watch out for this company. They won't be getting any more business from me.

BE AWARE .. SUNJOY DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT!!!

BE AWARE, STAY AWAY FROM SUNJOY PRODUCTS!!! .... Customer support does not exist. You need to hope your product arrive with no broken or missing parts because customer service WILL NOT HELP YOU! They will either pass the problem to the seller and walk away from their responsibility or tell you they do not have any stock because they are busy. In other words YOU PAID US ALREAY SO WE WON'T HELP YOU. In my case I received a defective part. When I spent the time to file a report along with pictures to get a replacement. Product was obviously defective. Sunjoy replied 2 weeks later to tell me that I have to file a claim with the seller. The replacement part was defect and not the responsibility of the seller but some how the seller is responsible the seller is responsible. So in effect there is NO WARRANTY! I was so desperate to get the replacement so I could enjoy the product this summer, that I requested to purchase the product. After 3 weeks Sunjoy informs me it is no longer in stock and did not tell me when it will be. Just another way of demonstrating they have no intention to help a customer who already purchased the product. I spent over $1,000 for the product and not need to seek legal action. Stay away from this manufacturer!!

If I could give a MINUS three star…

If I could give a MINUS three star rating I definitely would, customer service is by far the worst! over the course of two years I have been trying to replace the roof bars on a windsor 10x12 dome gazebo manufactured by sunjoy industries. on Oct. 2019 I was caught off guard with an early winter storm that caused the collapsed roof bars,I called the sj group to order the damaged parts, was told somebody would get back to me, about a month later I get an e-mail the the parts in need are on back order and they don't know when they will be available, but to check back in a month or so, (mean while I purchased a new canopy top from Garden winds) when checking back I was asked for all pertinent info. again, provided it, this person didn't have any info as to when and or other info, because of the on going pandemic, ok understandable, told them I would check back at a later date, on July 2020 parts are still on BO, couple months more and nothing, no answering phone and or emails , at the end of the year Nov. Dec. after several attempts an email was returned(from a different person) that only a couple of the parts were available the rest were still on BO, was told to ck. back later. on checking back, different person asked for all pertinent info, again (as if nothing was saved) and then just recently got an email that parts for that Windsor gazebo are no longer made!!! seem like a very EASY thing to have been verified waaay back when. so after two years of dealing with a customer service team that OBVISLY doesn't know what is going on I'm left with a near new gazebo with no available parts

Terrible customer service!!

Terrible customer service!! They do everything through email but never respond to emails. One of the pieces to the gazebo I purchased came damaged and it’s been 2 weeks now trying to reach someone to replace it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Buyer beware. Worse customer service ever!

I purchased a gazebo for 1200 dollars. It was missing parts. This was the first of March it is now the middle of May and I cannot get this company to send me the missing parts. So I have a $1200 gazebo that is 75% complete and I have sent them 28 emails. THE they want you to send copies of receipt and broken parts. I told them they are not broken but missing. ARGH!!! THE ABSOLUTE Worse customer service EVER. I don't even think they look at reviews but I will be making sure people in my area know not to.purchase from this company.

Do yourself a favor & throw all screws…

Do yourself a favor & throw all screws included w/ their cedar gazebo in the garbage. Wood is sub par. I like the look, but I’ve replaced most of the screws and it’s much more sturdy than the original. Missing parts. Instructions are crap. I’ll see how it holds up over the next yr-fingers (& toes) crossed.

Worst Customer Service

Worst Customer Service - We purchased a Gazebo and there was a defective part. I called immediately and it takes days to get a response. When I got the response they requested all the information I provided in my initial email. Be careful purchasing from SUNJOY.
