Everything was excellent

It's been almost a year of using Sunna Supplements' collagen, starting with their signature blue pack. Prior to that I was regularly taking marine collagen in jelly form and felt collagen in general does make a difference. Whether it's my knees after being on my feet all day or the baby hairs growing back on my hairline. I've moved onto the purple mixed collagen as it blends marine collagen which I'm a fan of. Inoffensive taste (if subtly salty), easy to take a scoopful of powder in my morning fruit tea. Also an easy to use portal for my subscription--where I can amend, pause, increase frequency etc.

I was suprised to revive an email yesterday about an order apparently I made #559472. I ordered once in May and did not subscribe to regular orders. Kindly explain why you have taken £50 plus and placed this order?

I have checked the email from the first order I made in May - nothing is there about regular orders. I still have the 3 bags I ordered in May almost full as I have not taken it. I’m hoping this wasn’t a trap but more like a mistake.

Please refund me immediately.

Had 9 bags in total—1 marine and 8 bovine—and unfortunately experienced no discernible benefit whatsoever. I still had aches and pains, as well as ongoing hair loss. I had bloodwork done both before and after, and there were no meaningful changes.
I also have a strong understanding of nutrition and made sure I was taking the collagen alongside vitamin C supplements, while maintaining a high protein intake to support my joints and overall nutritional needs. So I feel I gave the product every reasonable opportunity to work.
As collagen is ultimately broken down into its constituent amino acids, marketing this product with such an extensive range of purported benefits seems highly misleading. I’ve emailed them several times and was repeatedly told their internal team had yet to respond.
Extremely disappointed, as I genuinely had high expectations for this product and went into it having done my research and followed what I understood to be the recommended nutritional support for collagen synthesis.
Only good thing is offers, where they send you an odd shaker or electrolytes here and there.

I have tried both SS and WG, and each has its own strengths and weaknesses. SS blends very well when whisked and comes with a measuring spoon in each bag, which is convenient. I also like the fact that it is marketed as using grass-fed collagen, and the multipack can work out as a good deal. However, the aftertaste is noticeable, the foam can taste bitter, the individual packs are expensive, and the extra spoon in every pack creates unnecessary plastic waste. In my opinion, one spoon per order would be enough.
WG, on the other hand, has no taste and the foam disappears well after mixing. It is also cheaper than SS, even when buying individual packs, and I appreciated receiving a freebie on my first order. You also get more for your money compared with SS, especially as the intake is 13g rather than 10g. The main drawbacks are that it does not include a measuring spoon, comes in plastic tubs, and really needs a whisk to mix properly because a spoon alone leaves lumps. I also feel the grass-fed claim is less consistent, as it can vary through the seasons.
Overall, both products arrive quickly and the shipping is reliable.

What I like most is that this product has no smell and no taste. I found it the best in my morning coffee or late. It dissolve easily with warm drinks than cold ones. I am so happy with the results. I have noticed less pain in my joints specially knees. My skin doesn’t need as much hydrants and moisturizers like it used to. It’s more moist and retrieved the bounce or the elasticity a bit after three weeks. Beautiful product thank you so much.

Started taking sunna collagen about 1 month ago . I
My hairs dresser expressed that my hair is alot fuller. I also see an improvement in my nails and skin. I have acne prone skin, and ive been having less breakouts I have and will highly recommend this collagen . Also, the shipping is very fast .

I got sick from both the black seed oil supplement and the ashwagandha/sea moss supplement. There must be some sort of defect with the product itself as the expiry is dated to 2028. I am a healthy, gym going 19 year old man, so I have no idea what these would do for vulnerable people. These aren't toys, but ashwagandha is a biologically active suplement and I genuinely think they have got something seriously wrong in formulating the pills. Nausea, stomach cramps, feeling off all day, I've never felt it from other Ashwagandha supplements but have felt it from all of 'Sunna Supplements'. Using religion and community to sell literal dogwater products is embarrassing and is very saddening to see. My family was glad to support, but please fix these two products as they are currently cocktails of so many ingredients that something goes wrong.

Been using Sunna Supplements for a while now and I’m genuinely impressed with the quality. Clean ingredients, mixes well, and has become part of my daily routine. Definitely worth trying. 💪🌿

Nothing Sunnah about this company- more like haraam!
I ordered what I thought was a one off purchase a few months ago. Had a delivery sent to me yesterday & my bank account charged unwilling.
I have emailed them yet received no response. Funny thing is, when I login to my account, there are no subscriptions.
Very dodgy.
*Update*
The company agreed to take the delivery back, I tracked the return and they received them on 12.8.26. I emailed them to chase the refund on 14.8.26. It got to 20.8.26 and still no money back. Emailed them again, threatened to contact my bank, then had a panic phone call off them to say the funds will ve refunded in 5-7 working days.
Basically it will have been a month between initial contact and getting my money back!!

Absolute thieves – Unauthorized recurring charges!!!

Sunna is completely the wrong name for this company! You have someone replying to public reviews constantly and quickly, yet no one responds to private emails. I wonder why!

I requested a ONE-TIME purchase, but you deliberately set it up to auto subscribe people. When I saw the second order confirmation in June, I unsubscribed and emailed customer service immediately telling you not to send it. You ignored the email, charged me, and sent it anyway.
July came, and you took YET ANOTHER payment. I emailed again: no response. I went back to the website and hit unsubscribe again. Since then, I received 3 separate emails telling me orders were confirmed and on the way, and that July delivery literally just arrived 15 minutes ago!
Before you try to fob me off with the same copy paste BS reply you give everyone else, save it. You have taken my hard earned money without my consent. You already have my details and order numbers in the emails you’ve been ignoring. I want a full refund immediately. Absolute thieves.

ÌI've noticed a huge improvement in my skin—it has become much smoother, and my wrinkles have disappeared. I've also seen a significant improvement in my hair. I'm so happy with the results and highly recommend it!

I am in my fifties and I am getting compliments at how I don't look my age, in fact I looked 10 years younger! I have been taking this SUNNA powder supplements for several years now and it certainly has helped improve my knee joint pain. I am now able to step down and up the stair with ease after just 3 months of taking the supplements daily. And since then, my wrinkles got smoother and in some areas, gone. My hair loss has also improved significantly when I wash or brush my hair. Lots of new baby hair too! Highly recommended but do take it daily to benefit from all the goodness it gives.

Very good product and I notice the changes in my skin, nails and my hair.

I’ve been taking sunnah supplements halal collagen on and off since 2021 if I remember correctly and I can feel the difference when I’m taking it on regular basis and when I’m skipping it.
I’ve ordered my supply again as it helps reduce my fatigue, gives me energy, lifts my mood , helps with hair fall and best of all it’s tasteless.
What an amazing product.
Will definitely keep it in my health supplements for longer period of time.

suna supplement confirming my order in Saturday but weekend time. I'll contract the sooner supplement supporter but he didn't answer of me. I'll give the email. He didn't give the replay of this email. I don't know what is this process of that is a weekend is confirming my order. I also contract in Monday. Still he didn't give the reply. After that I'll contract the Amazon. Amazon also say I can't do anything of that. You have to be contract your sunnah supplement. What can I do now? It is digested

I wont comment on the product but I would warn people to be very careful when buying it. Really read the fine print carefully, they quitely make you subscribe to repeat subscription and before you know it you are paying for something you dont need. They deliberately make cancelling the subscription very difficult and fact that tere is no phone number you are stuck with on the mercy of someone picking ip your email in their time and respond and their convenience. I feel I am being scammed by this repeat subscription which I never intended. Very expensive product to what it offers and hidden subscription is designed to steal money. Red light!
