The products they offer meet my needs and been a muslim especially the collgen been halal helps my old bones. I am in Pakistan right now and taking Hamza's advice regards to electrolytes is helping me cope with the hot and humid weather.

Very good product i have been using for last few years

I started taking Sunnah products since I saw an advertisement that it helps with joint pains and hair loss.
I was getting knee pains and my hair was thinning and nails weaker so I thought will try it . I started feeling the difference after 4 weeks my hair started getting a little fuller and nails stronger and joint pain less , so I continued and then I got unwell due to seasonal changes and had due to less appetite stopped , and felt decline and restarted again when I was able too .
Now I continue it regularly and get their offer for 3 months supply at a time .
I highly recommend this product but you have to take regularly as it's like vitamin C you have to take regular as needed replenishing .

I have read reviews, but would recommend taking it regularly and some people may take longer than others to see the effects.

Collagen is fantastic and I have been using for over a year but I recently provided feedback via email on electrolytes which had become stone like and would not dissolve also with an unpleasant smell, they were still in date. I was faced with numerous questions and just found the customer service to be really appalling considering I’m a regular customer. In the end I got to a point where I even stopped responding to the emails as I just didn’t have the time having such a busy schedule to go through all my emails and provide all the information that I was being asked for. Your products are great but an area you really need to work on is your customer service. Keeping your customers requires a good level of understanding within your customer service department.

Sunna Supplements' Customer service is excellent and courteous! I appreciate their customer support. I bought the Halal Collagen supplement and it has been a wonderful addition to my diet.

I was surprised to view an email today about an order that I never placed. I only ordered once in July and did not subscribe to regular orders. I realised this might be due to an automatic renewal / subscription which I tried to cancel but I noted that unfortunately in the company's website there is not an easy way to cancel an order. this is a serious issue that must be resolved.

Please cancel the automatic renewal and refund me immediately.

I started taking the Sunna Supplements collagen nearly a year ago. I found it helped with my knee and back pains and overall improvement to my skin and hair fall. I subsequently tried the vitamin D3 & K2, electrolytes and creatine. Great products I use the Mango Collagen and i like the added vitamin C. The flavour is too yummy! Customer service is great and the speed of arrival of the products is also very good.

I used Sunna Supplements’ collagen powder consistently for several months, but unfortunately I didn’t see the results I was hoping for.

I noticed some improvement in my joints, but not as good as with other brands I’ve tried before, and I also didn’t really see a difference in my skin. I experienced hair loss for the first time while using it, although I can’t say for certain that it was related to the collagen, so I wouldn’t want to make that claim. What I can say is that it didn’t improve the issue.

One thing I did like was their electrolytes, which I found enjoyable and useful. However, I’d probably consider trying a different brand next time to compare.

I also noticed that Sunna’s collagen powder doesn’t contain vitamin C, whereas some other collagen supplements include it as part of the formulation, which is something I’d personally prefer.

Overall, after using the product for several months, I didn’t see enough of a benefit to continue purchasing it. It may work well for others, but unfortunately it wasn’t the right product for me.

I recently purchased their halal collagen protein. It was a three month supply. But when the shipment arrived, it had 4 packs of the collagen protein. I notified them and they told me to keep the extra pack as a gift. Because it was an error on their side. I thought it was an extremely kind gesture on their part. I can't really say much about the product as I just started using it. But their customer service has impressed me greatly. They are also very easy to contact and you get a response very quickly. I will strongly recommend this company to anyone looking for halal supplements.

Whilst I do like their collagen powder, they have continually taken money from my account for subscription that I have asked to be cancelled back in February and now again in August. I have sent three emails to which I have received no reply to. I am sure that they again will continue to ignore my emails and take £50 from me every month.
They do not even send an email prior to placing this order to give you a chance to cancel it if you don’t need it, and then have the audacity to charge you for a refund. Absolutely ridiculous! Please fix this, thank you. Order number: 561322

Edit: I would like to update that the Sunna Supplements team have reached out to help resolve this and have cancelled my subscription and given a full refund. I greatly appreciate it.

They have been taking money out of my account every month since February.
I never intended on being in a subscription with them.

I received 1 parcel for ramadan and 1 a week ago.
So thats 5 packages not recieved even if i fully intended to subscribe

This is absolutely ridiculous, i have emailed you and your response has not been helpful whatsoever
Ive contacted my bank about this.

I want a full refund for all the months apart from ramadan.

I have been taking Sunna Supplements Halal Collagen for a few months now and wow can I see the difference in both my hair and skin. I had tried several halal collagen before but Sunna Supplements is by far the best. It dissolves well in both hot and cold drinks and has no aftertaste.
