Offensive social media ads demonising & portraying older women as unhinged & who argue with their husbands & daughter in laws. Just to convince us to buy their products so we become better women.

FALSE PRODUCT CLAIMS:
Their ads claim their collagen can alleviate depression, calm anger & mood swings, make you lose meno belly fat etc. Well I can tell you nothing of the sort happens and there is no such claim on the product packaging as other reviewers have also noted. Consider reporting to Advertising Standards Authority.

Furthermore this product contains NO VITAMIN C which is essential to aid absorption so be careful of this when ordering. There are many ethical halal alternatives that use better quality ingredients.

I am extremely disappointed with this company and would not order from them again.
I placed an order, but I never knowingly signed up for a subscription and never authorized recurring shipments or recurring charges. Despite this, I received a second order that I never ordered or requested.
When I contacted the company, I was told that I had to return the unwanted product and pay the return shipping cost myself. I followed their instructions and returned the item.
After waiting a week and still not receiving my refund, I contacted them again. They then asked me to provide proof of delivery. I provided the proof, and they responded that they needed to contact their warehouse to confirm that the return had been received and cleared before processing my refund.
So, to be clear: I received an order I did not knowingly request, I paid to return it, I provided proof of delivery, and I am still having to chase them for my money back.
This has been frustrating, time-consuming, and completely unacceptable from a customer-service perspective.
I am also very disappointed with the quality of the product compared with the amount of money charged. The company heavily promotes the product as "halal," but in my experience, that does not make up for the price or the quality I received.
I am writing this review because customers should be aware of my experience before placing an order. Read the checkout terms very carefully, check whether you are being enrolled in any subscription or recurring-order program, and keep an eye on your bank account for additional charges.
For me, this experience has completely destroyed my trust in the company. I will not order from them again, and I would strongly advise customers to make sure they fully understand the payment and subscription terms before completing an order.

I recently had food poisoning and lost a lot of fluids, which left me feeling really dehydrated and drained. I started taking the Sunna Supplements electrolytes, and within 24 hours I was feeling so much better.I’m genuinely grateful to have this product in my cupboard. It’s one of those things you don’t realise how useful it is until you really need it. It definitely came in handy when I needed it most.

1.) The supplement is overpriced. Advertised as "halal" 100%, sure but does that give you the rights to overcharge ridiculously? Paid 43.95, shipping is not free. Absolutely ridiculous.

2.) Supplement itself is stated to have a bland neutral taste, but it just has a disgusting smell and there is a funky taste to it. I can't describe it but regardless if I put it in my triple 0 yogurt or water (putting it in water smells the worst and taste very bad and strange).

3.) Advertised on Instagram and Facebook, on top of other platforms as having bone/ joint benefits, when item arrived, on the front of the product does not state anything about joints/ bone health. Emailed customer support for this and they had an answer for it which did not justify it. Don't advertise it if you can't put it on the label. That's false advertisement.

4.) Also advertised "free return money back guarantee", this is the biggest scam I encountered. No it's not FREE, you have to ship it yourself. I paid 43.95 for a small looking bag with powder, I shipped it back for 10.90, and my total refund comes at 36 dollars after they "verify" it because I used a promotion and they took it back, well don't advertise free returns then.

5.) Overall I think this brand is no different than any other "wana be" halal advertised brand. Your product might be halal but your practice of deception is not. The company literally markets as "100% halal" to lure and target naive Muslims who know they will fall for this nonsense. Do yourself a favor and stick with something else like skoon nutrition. Anyways worst "halal" experience, I will never buy from them again. I feel lied and cheated out of my money. I didn't bother arguing with them because they seem like they're hell-bent on not giving me the full refund, but that's alright. And also if this review gets deleted, don't worry I screenshot it and I'll gladly post it all over Google and on other social media platforms.

** Forgot to mention, shipping took almost 2 weeks, obviously they'll blame it on USPS but that's fine, however getting back via email also takes a while".

I don't care how halal they advertise this brand, I personally don't think it's worth it.

I am happy with this product Its easy to use and tasteless in drinks. I feel better in myself after only a few weeks

The Sunna team reached out to me today and took accountability for the issues raised. They advised the employee who responded was in training and are making improvements to customer service.

They've also arranged to send a replacement of the item.

I appreciate them taking action and resolving matter and hope to see improved customer service in the future as I am a fan of their products.

Purchased electrolytes from their stall at a food fair and upon getting home I noticed there was less sachets than there should have been.

Reached out to customer service who told me to go back to the stall but the event was only on the day.

Went back advising I couldn't as it had closed and they basically palmed me off saying nothing they can do.

Asked me for a recipt which there staff on the stall didn't give but showed my bank statement which had the date and payment proof.

Then told they'll exchange after seeing pics of the item but want me to pay for my own items to be sent back before they replace but postage is down to me.

Been using their collagen and wanted to support a Muslim business but how can I support when they're service is awful.

No customer care at all. Had to chase for responses and my last email has been ignored.

BE CAREFUL — UNAUTHORIZED RECURRING CHARGE

I am extremely disappointed with this company. I placed an order, but I never knowingly signed up for a subscription and never authorized recurring shipments or charges.

The company nevertheless charged my bank account again and created another order. When I contacted customer service, they told me the order was automatically generated because they claim I had a subscription. I specifically disputed this because I never agreed to one.

Instead of immediately resolving the issue, I was told the order had already been fulfilled and shipped and could not be canceled.

Charging a customer’s bank account for a recurring order that the customer says they never authorized is extremely concerning. I have requested proof showing where I supposedly agreed to recurring billing, cancellation of any subscription, and a refund of the charge.

I am posting this review because customers deserve to know exactly what they are agreeing to when placing an order. Make sure you carefully review the checkout terms and watch your bank account for additional charges.

I hope the company takes responsibility, cancels whatever subscription they claim I authorized, and refunds the money they charged me.

This collagen worked wonders for me, I noticed within a week my face glowing and also my joints started becoming stronger than before. I highly recommend this collagen!

I’ve been a returning Sunna Supplements customer since last year and have placed eight previous orders with the company. I continued purchasing from them because I had generally been very happy with their products, particularly their collagen. In the past, I felt that the collagen had a noticeable positive effect on the smoothness and condition of my skin.

Unfortunately, my experience with my most recent purchase, has been very different.

Since using this purchase, I have noticed little to no improvement in my skin and, more concerningly, my skin has become increasingly dry, flaky and irritated, particularly around my fingers and the backs of my hands. I have photographs documenting the condition of my skin.

To be fair, I am not claiming that the collagen is definitely responsible, as I understand there can be other factors affecting skin condition. My concern is the significant difference compared with my previous experience with what I believed to be the same product.

Because I have purchased this product multiple times before without experiencing this issue, I contacted Sunna Supplements directly and asked them to investigate whether there could be an issue with the particular batch, whether the formulation or ingredients have changed, and what resolution they could offer.

I’m disappointed because I have been a loyal customer and have previously had a positive experience with Sunna Supplements. I hope the company takes the concern seriously, investigates the batch properly, and provides an appropriate resolution.

I will update this review once I receive their response and see how the matter is handled.

I ordered these supplements after reading the reviews and promises made by the company.
Collagen powder and Electrolytes. Three weeks of waiting, order not delivered but I received email that it had shipped and a wrong/ incomplete tracking number was shared. After writing to the company, they sent me replacement ( very nice of them) but then after opening my pkg electrolytes were missing. Complete order not send while they have charged for full.
Frustration….
Again wrote them with the pictures of package. Never happened anytime before this kind of situation.
Even after canceling my subscription, they again charged my card on file and sent me the collagen.
Customer service was terrible as allegations were made that I received both my pkg by their customer support specialist.
Any details?? Why wrong tracking number shared? Where is my pkg gone? Why you charged my card after canceling subscription? Where are electrolytes?
Seriously I don’t believe this !! How can it be a SUNNA?
Be careful before ordering as once they have your card number they will start charging you without your knowledge.

Alhumdolillah I am loving this new product. I feel better with aches and pains in my joints and I can see some new hair growing on my thin hair.

The products they offer meet my needs and been a muslim especially the collgen been halal helps my old bones. I am in Pakistan right now and taking Hamza's advice regards to electrolytes is helping me cope with the hot and humid weather.
