Overall, it was good.

Easy check-in and check-out. Definitely take advantage of beach gear offers - we got bikes for the week, so glad we did! The location was great!

Property was in excellent condition. All amenities were in working order and clean and ready for use.

Fantastic house for our large family trip - great room set up for kids of all ages, open floor plan for meals and TV, and large basement perfect for activities games, theater, and pool. Love the short walk to the sound and beach and short drive to Duck for shopping and supplies.

Proximity to the ocean was perfect.

We stayed at Caribbean Hues before and enjoy the location and the overall home. Has everything we need! We will come again for sure!!

It is easy to schedule a vacation home through the website if one has a good idea of the type of house one needs or wants for their vacation.

We have had nothing but a positive experience. if something needs to be done or you have a question the respond quickly.

We had some issues with the heat being winterized and dropping to below 60 overnight, but we called on New Year’s Eve and were helped tremendously by Tina O’Neil. She couldn’t fix it right away because of it being a holiday but she worked hard and got someone out to look at it that same day. She contacted the owner and let them know of the situation and they changed the settings on their thermostat remotely so it wouldn’t drop at night.

We would absolutely rent from this company again!!

Sun Realty takes wonderful care of their clients!!

We have rented with Sun Realty for many years and have always been very happy with the experience. Any issue we’ve ever had was handled quickly and professionally. Only once did we rent with a different company, and while the house was nice, a pre-arrival check was clearly missed, resulting in an AC issue that caused us to lose a day of our vacation with no refund. (The kitchen was at over 90F!)

We’re glad to see that Sun Realty is now offering flexible rental days, which is a great added benefit and another reason we continue to choose them.

4 days before our trip we received an "offer" from SunRealty to arrive a day early but it was at nearly double the nightly rate we already paid, and the offered early check-in was absurd for only 3 extra hours. I bet it's not often someone can arrive early but you might get more takers if the price was more reasonable...I know we certainly would have.

Honestly cleaning needs to improve. There are beautiful homes, but I don’t expect to check in and find stuff from the previous renter. We pay a fee and are expected to clean during stay. I know there are alot of properties but somehow, please tighten up on actually cleaning.

The whole rental process was very smooth and easy from the first step to the last. With the keyless entry we were not rushed to get to the rental. They were always available with any questions or concerns with a quick response. We wanted to add an extra day to our rental and they were able to accommodate us and the process was done quickly without having to leave the rental.

As always It was a great place to stay.
The only thing I would add is an additional motion detected light at the top of the stairs for after dark use--one to compliment the one installed at the base of the steps.
