Great service and a friendly team. I had a large number of old video cassettes from Latin America that I wanted to convert. A large number were damaged and some had snapped tapes that they were able to repair and salvage. Definitely recommend.

There's a few things that make the experience great. Aside from the extremely friendly and experienced team, the digitisation (I've had three lots of 8mm digitised) happens in house so the customer is able to speak to the team carrying out the work rather than the film being sent off. The team have years of expertise and it's really helpful and an additional bonus to be able to discuss questions around the workflow and my experience has been the team are very happy to provide an end result in line with my intentions. Having found Supaphoto I would recommend to any and all looking to have any digitisation work at all - you won't regret it!

First class service! Very personable and was well looked after. Tapes have been in the loft for 20 years and needed footage for my dads funeral and was very quickly received with high quality digital videos.

I gave Supaphoto a reel to reel tape recording which was done in 1979 and had been sitting in a drawer for 44 years. I thought that the tape might have disintegrated but they brought it back to life on CDs. An efficient, professional and friendly service. Thank you. Mick Richardson

I had three reels of what I thought were 8mm film from 1971 and sent them to Supaphoto, a company I found online. I was wrong. It was video from 1985 and imagine our delight when a DVD turned up showing our son Dominic, then aged 13 playing Rolling Stones songs with his school band. Terrific. I can't praise Supaphoto enough. I had an old Betamax tape that had my first wedding on it from back in 1981 after several moves the case was lost leaving just the tape. During lockdown I was going through my archives and found the tape and decided that it would be a good idea for my daughter to see it, so I had Superphoto digitize it and considering the ill treatment the tape had am happy with the result as is the daughter who had not seen it in its original form.

Extremely easy to get my vhs converted to cd. Staff were very friendly and helpful and it took no time at all.

We used Supaphoto to transfer 8mm cine taken my my late Father and Mother-in-law to DVD. They took great care to advise on the best method, especially as some of the original material was of great sentimental value but not the best quality, so their higher level of service would have been a waste. It was true professionalism to suggest the best way rather than the most profitable for themselves. We followed this up by getting all our home SVHSC transferred to DVD as well. Totally professional, totally satisfied.

Supaphoto's scanned 7 films for Bradford Moviemakers est 1932. The results were outstanding indeed. Any emails were dealt with promptly and courteously. I would recommend this service to anyone.
