Beyond expectations and further still ….
I had two old reel to reel tape recordings made in the 1960’s/70’s of messages from relatives in Australia and New Zealand- these tapes would go across the world and replies from the UK sent in return using same tapes .
Both reels had been recorded on both sides but each recording was set at a different speed creating a highly complex transcribing process…
My belief is that the original estimate for this work was woefully short of how much time it took to complete this project but despite asking for an updated price , this was politely and charmingly refused - how many businesses in this day and age would do that?????? Don’t hesitate- get in touch with Phillip and get those old forgotten memories back- outstanding service

Supaphoto we're excellent at explaining what they could do with my VHS and communicating about how to get it organised. They restored a mouldy tape and were transparent about the process from the beginning - they were a friendly and family run business that I would definitely use again.

I've recently used Supaphoto to transfer my wedding from 2006 which was on an old Sony mini DV tape, with no ability to play anymore - onto a usb memory stick. Service was excellent - very professional and friendly and very efficient. Thanks Supaphoto!

We had VHS tapes of several hours of home videos that we needed transferred onto DVD . We found Phil helpful and friendly . The price was reasonable and the work was done to a very good standard.

This business is such a find, they can do anything to get your old films onto the modern day technology. It’s a hive of activity, with every single recording gadget in one place. The business runs from a residential address but has a full studio set up. Friendly, welcoming and professional people who make sure every detail is checked before you hand over. I’ve used Supaphoto several times over the last few years and had such a positive experience. What a find! I had some old video that needed converting to digital and found that Superphoto was literally down the road. We would absolutely recommend this company. They put some old camcorder tapes onto a USB for us and the service was great. I’d previously tried to get the work done by a bigger organisation but gave up in the end because they kept making mistakes. By contrast, I felt completely confident that the team at Supaphotos knew what they were doing. Very pleased.

Supaphoto were absolutely amazing with developing a minidv tape for me. The tape was super important as I was getting paid to shoot an event on it and they literally got done within a few hours! Super happy with the result and a lovely business.
