Waste of time. Near impossible to get hold of anyone, several valuations given, zero response afterwards. Date booked in for collection, zero contact, nothing on the day of collection. On hold for hours to be told even though it's the same company I need to ring a different company, to be told the online valuation is wrong and they won't purchase it.

First bike I was going to buy I went in with the £500 deposit ready to pick it up then they wanted £150 to service it, I said you don’t service all your bikes? No, not unless it needs it. I asked When was it last done? 2014!! Erm no thanks then

Then I put a deposit on a different bike at a different showroom but when I saw it up close there were scratches on the engine case and marks on the bike. Asked for the deposit back over a week ago and still nothing! E mails don’t send and I’ve been on hold for 45 minutes now on the phone. No reply to texts, different when you first ask about a bike. You get a ton of texts! Not happy

Great simple no pressure buying experience, Great online updates of where your bike is up to in terms of preparation. Only gripe is the AI online chat has limited options for asking questions.

I originally ordered a naked bike to swap for my sports bike, as medically it was uncomfortable.
The bike didn’t turn up on the agreed date and my insurance charged me £70 total for swapping my insurance to the bike that didn’t turn up and back again.
Unfortunately I can’t ride at all now and a few weeks later sold my sports bike to SBF.
I’m still waiting for my £100 deposit back + the £70 the sales manager agreed to.
As usual absolutely no one can be bothered to pick a phone up, and I’ve spent at least 3 hours on hold.
It’s amazing that a company that sells a product can’t seem to understand that answering the phone is a good thing.
My bike reg number is AE24ZGL so can someone please get in touch to explain why I’ve not had the agreed deposit and insurance costs refunded.

It beggars belief that a company can operate like this.

Once I found a sales person it was plain sailing, put my deposit down and did a cash transfer for n the morning of collection. This is the second bike I’ve purchased from the SuperBike Factory and they have both been in mint condition, if I have anything to complain about it’s that on both occasions sales person are like hens teeth.

Very professional, polite and informative company.
I've dealt with them a few times. No nonsense, good deals buying and selling.

Nice easy way to buy a bike and the bike is spot on

Ben got in contact when I enquired about a bike, gave me all the info I needed. Ended up putting a deposit down and I asked if it could be ready in 2 days. These guys pulled it out the bag and was ready to collect for my preferred time.

Jonathan was a great sales person who wasn't pushy and clear on what I was trying to get. He's helped me get back on a bike I can love and ride again after a few years off. I can't recommend hm and SuperBike Factory enough.

Tony (inspector and collector) and Matt (online and phone) were great - from start to finish the whole process was easy. Online valuation, followed by a quick call and booked in for collection there and then. When Tony arrived he was a gem, went through all the documentation, checked over the bike thoroughly and sale completed with not a bump on price. Few age related marks but declared that and was acknowledged by the Team. No hassle, no haggle - Tony loaded her up and off she went. Success!

There were some initial delays to my delivery cause by a 3rd party contractor moving my bike from Crawley to Nottingham, but Anna Dennis stepped in and personally resolved it to a great standard of customer service.

Steve Walker then delivered my bike today.
The bike is everything I had hoped and Steve was professional, warm and friendly. He’s an obvious motorcycle enthusiast and it was great to talk bikes!
