I got what was 'on the tin' (cheap and cheerful) They did the job well; the choice of hotel was ideal, and I enjoyed my vacation.

Booking through Super Escapes Travel, I found providing information and clarity of instructions, challenging. There was a lot of repetition to clarify spellings and dates because of the accent. But if you are looking for a service that (in my experience), gets the job done, then they come recommended.

Eva was helpful and got my boarding passes emailed to me quickly.
Only reason I am no giving a 5 is not because of Eva it is because of the policies with secret escapes. Not sending boarding passes until 24 hours before the flight with no guarantee those passes could be uploaded electronically. the who checking in etc. was more of a faff than it would have been if I had booked the flights directly with the airline

Stuart was very helpful, courteous and patient, my phone signal is poor so so it was a bit of a fractured conversation. Very prompt follow up emails which is very reassuring.

Roy of Super Escapes very attentive, listen carefully and dealt with my booking accordingly. I would certainly recommend Roy to all my family and friends. Super Escapes is number one for me.

AXECL was very cooperative with my experience, and very knowledgeable with my questions, friendly and easy to talk to.

The call handler who originally booked our holiday had poor English and made several mistakes with our booking. I was booking for myself and two adult daughters. She got one of my daughters name wrong and so had to cancel her flight and rebook with a different reference. I was told holiday included hold luggage but last minute discovered it was one 10kg between the three of us. I would not recommend this company and would not use it again

I found Eva very helpful, as i needed the information very quickly, as i was going to board the plane in a few hours, and she sent it to me extremely quickly. A pleasant young lady.

Stuart was very helpful and patient. He was able to provide me the information that I required for my upcoming holiday.

I haven’t been on the trip that I have booked with Super Escapes yet. However, a gentleman called Benjamin, who took our booking, upgraded our room as a complimentary gesture, as our booking was for a special occasion.
Also I had to email with questions about our booking, and a member of staff called Rebecka was very quick to respond and helped me with everything I asked for. The customer service has been exemplary so far.

We had a bad experience with our holiday in November 25 and complained. Over a period of 5 weeks I was contacted once, if not twice a day, trying to push me into a lesser amount of compensation. We agreed on £50 (ridiculous) but I just wanted it all to stop.
I've heard nothing, surprisingly! Ive contacted the company many many times but nothing! Ive given up, as they expected mecto do I'm sure
So, if your holiday goes without a hitch, fine.
If not, and you complain, expect to be in it for the long haul 😡
