Yo Nita, CSR who helped us did not waste anytime. She took her leadership status to another level by staying on the phone with our agency and uploading a rush quote as bound via the Progressive.

This allow a young couple to proceed to DMV for some renewal stickers for their new Isuzu NPR UT. (They are in the landscaping and tree business).

I was honest in telling her I was not sure if I should keep my membership with Superior Access/ Bolt active givin a few new clusters or aggregator. But this really put things in perspective and back to basics while utilizing modern tech.

Summer Hernandez was so helpful! I needed assistance on a boat quote & she took the time to go over the application to make sure all information was accurate. This probably took an hour of our time, but she was patient, worked with me, & was personable. Great service!
