Still in the beginnings of working with Bolt but the site is easy to navigate and my Sr. Agency success partner routinely checks in and assists wherever needed.

Not a transparent and reliable company. They charge agents too much, don't provide good customer service and don't offer good carriers. Also, they pay very low commissions and withheld commissions for no reason.

Kevin was very helpful and explained everything and has been there to answer any questions I may have.

So far my experience has been good! Samantha has been great always helpful, even if she can’t give a solution to my madness she’s responsive and very helpful!

My experience was great, Danielle helped to clarify a lot for information. I am very glad I got the chance to learn about the system and the quoting process. I look forward to doing more work with bolt access in the future.
