superprof.co.in Reviews

Have been on Superprof for a couple of months now as a mentor and I really love the overall user experience. The quality of students ids good on the platform and it genuinely helps connect learners with the tutors.
I have ended having multiple conversations with the support team regarding my queries. A special shoutout to Vance from their support team who has been instrumental in resolving my queries. Addressing my queries at the very earliest possible and resolution provided is a 10/10.

Cheers team Superprof!!

My experience with Superprof for IELTS tutoring was disappointing.

I signed up expecting to book an IELTS tutor for a listed fee, but ended up paying an additional Student Pass fee that wasn’t sufficiently clear to me during the process. Within 45 minutes, I realised the experience wasn’t what I expected and requested cancellation/refund.

Most tutors immediately redirected me to WhatsApp, some focused more on selling packages than teaching, and in one case, the quoted fee over SMS differed from the listed fee on the platform. The “free class” also felt misleading, as it mostly involved pricing discussions rather than an actual lesson.

To be fair, support cancelled future renewals, but refused a refund despite the request being raised almost immediately.

Just sharing my experience so others understand how the platform works before purchasing.

They are bunch of crooks waiting for studnets to extract money and then ditch them . Superprof in India are horrible with Vance beining very unprofessional and biased towards Asians. The teachers are untrained and hence there is 2 times money sharing

Superprof.co.in is a scam. Horrible experience especially Superprof.com in India. No customer care service. No customer care to connect only through email with Vance who will be biased in state. Money is taken as platform fees from the students and then lost through the transaction with no one to care. Feedbacks from students to Indian teachers are not promoted and all together a international scam. Better refrain from this dubious place.

I got deducted the payment twice in March and twice in April without getting any service. I have contacted them on e-mail more than once to solve the problem and they don't get back in touch. I contacted superprof france, India. There is no number to get in touch with them and the customer service team does not get in touch with you. They sent an automated reply and that's it. I am super confused I have used their services for few months back and I used to be able to get in touch with teachers but this time they got payment 4 times without providing any service , whenever the teacher sends that she accepts my request , they ask me to pay again for student pass and now I am at my 4 payment for student pass for 2 months without getting any service. Kindly return my money back. I have all the proof on my mobile for the payments.

Worst website to start. So many question they ask while creating profile and after that many time profile is not created properly.

One star goes to all teachers who are offering their services at miniscule fee so pupils who cannot afford exorbitant pricing can be benefited. Also they write unlimited pass for monthly fee of RS.399 but after some searches you get error message that you exceeded your limit. Superprof is requested to use fair and genuine practice.
