Extremely disappointing experience with SuperSaint.

I placed Order #40108 on 13 August. After weeks of no movement, I contacted support and was told on 12 September that the inventory issue had been resolved, my order would be processed that day, and it would be delivered within 4–5 days.

I relied on that commitment and continued waiting.

Then, on 22 September, after more than a month of waiting, I was simply told that the order had been cancelled due to an inventory discrepancy.

This is not just a delivery delay , it is a complete failure of communication and fulfilment. If the product wasn't actually available, I should never have been told that the inventory issue was resolved and that delivery was only 4–5 days away.

What makes this particularly frustrating is that I repeatedly followed up, was given a clear commitment, waited again, and ultimately ended up with a cancellation.

I ordered the product because I wanted the product not because I wanted a refund after waiting more than a month.

I would strongly recommend that SuperSaint seriously improve its inventory management and, more importantly, stop giving customers delivery commitments that it cannot honour.

I have kept the complete correspondence and screenshots of the promises made by support. This is a very poor customer experience from start to finish.

It’s a scam ! Do not buy as I haven’t even got my order till now ands it been 3 months now. Customer support number you cannot reach.

I strongly advise against spending a single rupee at SuperSaint. The standard of operation here is rock bottom. After returning an item, they hit you with a ₹250 "handling fee" and refuse to issue a refund to your original payment method, instead holding your money hostage as a store discount code.

The real trap is that their website is a barren wasteland. The vast majority of their already limited catalog is completely out of stock. When I tried to apply my credit toward a replacement item in my size and preferred color, it was unavailable. Since they clearly run a bare-bones operation, I asked if they could simply accommodate a custom order for the out-of-stock item. They flatly refused.

The absolute peak of their incompetent customer service came next. Their rep, Varun, sent me a list of "in-stock" alternatives to use my credit on. Unbelievably, he suggested I use my credit to buy the exact same item I had just returned to them, or to spend an additional ₹1,450 out of pocket to buy a color I explicitly stated I did not want.

They take your money, lock it into store credit, and leave you with zero viable options to actually redeem it. The customer support is thoughtless and unhelpful. Save yourself the headache and buy your apparel elsewhere.
