lowest standard Customer service ever by (Kate)
Worst Customer service ever by (Kate), I have placed an order on November 28, for items and amount was fully charged. On the 30-Nov, I have recived an incomplete order (One item was missing) and the company did not even notify me.
I have reach out to thier customer support via mail, (Kate) decided by her own to cancel the order and refund the money without even an authorization from myside.
I wish I could upload a screenshot of the mail correspondences to show how bad thier customer service is, they do not even deserve half star.
I defiantly feel a shamed ordering such company

Excellent products
Excellent products, highest quality and strengths, nicely packaged with prompt delivery. I have used their Marine Collagen and Vitamin D3 with K2 and have enjoyed excellent results. I have not yet tried their other products but I am sure they meet the same high standard.
There are of course cheaper supplements on the market but for this level of quality, strength and effectiveness Superself represent very good value indeed.
I have no problem in recommending them.
