Ideally, I would like to leave zero because of my experience and my second attempt to receive damaged items but they still arriving damaged. I really want to upload photos to prove of what I’m talking about, but trustpilot not allowing me to. Customer service is terrible as I’ve sent email Monday and still not had answer.

Super rude customer service - I asked for help selecting a product, they recommended the wrong one, when it arrived, I asked for the right one to be provided and they said I'd have to pay shipping costs for the WRONG item that they recommended!! What the actual hell. Unsure where all the good reviews are from, but this cannot be real.

What a joke of a company. Ordered several hundred pounds worth of lead for a specific time sensitive job because they were competitively priced and offering quick delivery. Still waiting 10 days later, the job still to do and the weather turned. A derisory part refund for the delivery charge doesn't anywhere near compensate me for the wasted time and hassle. I will never deal with this company again.

Large product range fast delivery

I need of a new letterbox , look online knowing which make I wanted ( so it fitted ) and came across Truly PVC not only stocking it but far cheaper that B&Q for the same one . Delivery very quick and fitted in 5 mins . Very impressive service

Ordered pvc door gearbox very prompt delivery unfortunately I ordered wrong part decided to drive from Liverpool to manchester and explain and get right component the guy on sales could not have been more understanding or helpful in no time produced the correct gearbox and subject to inspection of the one I brought back ensured me a full refund would be in my bank within a couple of days not only did they refund the money for the gearbox they also refunded the postage considering it was my error that was really generous of them would certainly recommend this company
