I order frequently since 12/15/2016 for my company WORLDS OF CARTRIDGES. It has been almost 8 years and 3.500 orders. My satisfaction is definitely above 90%, probably around 95%. And due to my quality inspection background, I almost never rate full points like 100%, which would mean there is no improvement potential. In these 8 years, I had to try many alternative sources (due to out-of-stock situation) from time to time. SW is way ahead of all other sources I tried in all of the following areas without exception:
- no backorders (most crucial criteria for me)
- dealer application process
- automated stock level process
- automated order process
- manual order process (both online and via e-mail)
- product range
- product price
- handling time
- number of shipping points (warehouses)
- stock level and in-stock/out-of-stock ratio
- shipping time
- expedited shipping alternatives
- shipping price
- return and refund process
- handling special requests
- financial flexibility
- technical support
- customer relations
PS: I wish that my competitors do not work with SW, but I had to be honest and fair.
