If i could give this site -1 stars i would!! So I went through the process to qualify for a support animal. When I first got my ESA my current housing manger didn't care about it, it was unnecessary. Fast forward to NOW, the new apartment i am trying to move into uses PetScreening.com to verify ESA animals and their letters. Surprise surprise that this letter triggers red flags about being a "letter mill" and that is it something you can buy online without actually talking to an actual therapist. So they request more information from you about this site. I contacted Support Pets and they sent me 4 different forms of verification that were rejected by Pet Screening.com every time, and the reason stated??? Because it's very similar to letters found on the internet that can be bought after a short survey. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR MENTAL HEALTH ON THIS WEBSITE! THEIR LETTERS DON'T HELP YOU, THEY JUST CAUSE YOU UNDO STRESS AND ANXIETY!! If you really do need an ESA animal your better off going to a behavioral health specialist that can really help you! Oh, and of course they found a reason to NOT refund my money!

Everything about the service is nice, until you get the actual letter. It’s a boilerplate letter that makes it obvious the doctor has never seen you. So if you’re dealing with a place that’s going to verify the letter, you’re wasting your money.

Total SCAM. They issue fake documents that aren't accepted for rentals. They refused to refund me by dodging the request for refund by saying "We ask that you reply to the original email thread" even though I had requested the refund through multiple different email threads. They issued my girlfriend's refund within an hour of her requesting it. Terrible customer service team members.

You made getting my papers for Lexi making her an ESA, i thank you so much i feel now like i can take her anywhere i go. So far she has not been rejected from entering any place that i have gone. My only complaints is that i have yet to receive her ESA tag and ESA jacket that i have paid for. Hopefully they will soon be sent to me.

The apartment complex did not take your esa paper because your doctor isn't really a doctor they said so I had to pay 800.00 on cats deposit on top of that I paid a little over 200.00 to you and lost that money for something that can't be used

I do not recommend Support Pets. I am disappointed with my experience using Support Pets. My landlord requested ESA documentation within a specific timeframe, and the process took much longer than expected. Communication was inconsistent, and because the process was not efficient, I lost the apartment I wanted and it was difficult to get clear updates regarding the status of my paperwork do not use them!!

I paid for a subscription to support pets so I could have my dog registered as my emotional support companion. Total i paid was $499.99 for her registration, and ID tag and a support animal vest. I haven't received ANYTHING from them and despite my requests for a full refund and cancelation of my order I haven't received a refund. All I've received is a bunch of emails from this company.
