I had a very frustrating experience with Support Pet. I submitted an ESA letter obtained through their service to my leasing office, expecting it to meet the basic requirements they advertise. Unfortunately, my leasing office rejected the letter with the following reason:
“The documentation provided does not demonstrate that the healthcare professional has sufficient personal knowledge of your disability‑related limitations to reliably verify a disability or a disability‑related need for an assistance animal.”
