Clarification of Policy
I rang up today to clarify the policy with outdoor storage containers. I spoke to Allison who couldn't answer my question initially but we scheduled a call back later on. Allison rang me back after chatting to a different internal team and went above my initial question. I got the clarification I was seeking and all my other concerns/questions were listened to and answered accurately. A very humanising pleasurable customer service experience in the world of AI.

This condition is specific to our optional Extended Warranty add-on, and is outlined within the policy acceptance criteria, which all customers are required to read and agree to before their policy is taken out. We would also like to note that this is an industry standard requirement for mobility scooter warranty cover.
