Come over to them after tears in my gaps gazebo roofs and Velcro poor quality wall panels. Surf n turf better quality, heavier material and stronger.

New Parasols for the food market
Had a great experience with the team at Instashade. Amanda our account manager was nothing but helpful and communicative. Ensuring that all requests were met and that no job couldn't be done. The parasols look fabulous, come and see them at the Southbank Centre food market.

As a small business owner we really understand about great customer service. However it’s not always the norm these day.. except for businesses like Surf and Turf. They really are a friendly efficient business to work with. Their product is in our eyes one of the best on the market, and we’ve tried many others in the past. It’s great to be able to replace a canopy cover and not the whole item too. Quick delivery and being able to speak to someone immediately on the phone is great too. Highly recommend this business for top quality products, polite and easy communication, and a great delivery service too.

We’re delighted to hear that you’ve found our team friendly, efficient, and easy to reach, and that our products continue to meet the high standards you’ve come to expect.
It’s great to know that being able to replace the canopy rather than the entire gazebo has been useful for you, and we’re glad the quick delivery made things even more convenient.
Your recommendation and kind words really do make all the difference. If there’s ever anything more we can help with, we’re always here and happy to assist!
Exceptional service
I bought a gazebo probably 20 years ago from surf and turf and it has lasted well, but eventually the canopy was looking shabby with a few splits. I was surprised and delighted that with a quick phone call, the order was found and I could purchase a replacement. It anrrived in a couple of days. Exceptional service.

Packaging needs strengthening
Weights were packed in a box which unfortunately was not strong enough for the courier service/delivery.
As they were heavy and unbreakable the did arrive however!

Thank you for your review!
We’re glad to hear the weights arrived safely. Our packaging is designed to protect heavy items, but couriers can sometimes handle these items incorrectly by carrying by the banding on the boxes, causing them to snap.
We appreciate you sharing your experience, and we’re pleased everything reached you in good condition. If you need anything else, we’re always here to help!
All good
All good. Excellent product, folds away really well. Robust construction, once erected starts strong.

Great company
Great company. The staff are very helpful and the products are very well designed and made just what I wanted. I purchased a 6x3 elite and was easy enough to put up once I looked at the instructions (online) I’m so behind on Tec 🙈
The more I use it the faster it goes up and down a bit difficult on your own though it’s big.
Thanks for a great product Andy

Surf & Turf are very engaging
Surf & Turf are very engaging, helpful and communicative. They pushed to meet a tight deadline so that we could have our gazebo delivered before we needed it and when the couriers slipped up they continued to be attentive to helping put it right. Also, their various other products we use are great too! Thank you Surf & Turf

Antwoord van Surf & Turf Instant Shelters
Hi Rob,
Thank you for your feedback and for being such a loyal customer over the years, we really do appreciate it. We’re sorry to hear about the inconvenience caused on this occasion, especially with the additional cost of hiring an awning for the weekend.
Just to clarify, our lead time for the larger gazebos, including 6x4m and 8x4m, is 3–5 working days. This is due to their size and weight, which means they need to be sent via a speciality courier rather than our standard service. We do our best to ensure everything arrives as quickly as possible, and I can see that your order did arrive within this time window.
Thank you again for taking the time to share your thoughts, and for your continued support. If there’s anything we can do to help going forward, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
