I've been using Surrey Heating Specialist for about 4 years now and every single time their service has been exceptional. On this occasion my boiler stopped working and within an hour and ten minutes of me calling the office an engineer had been out and fixed the problem. I would highly recommend!!

Surrey Heating Specialists for emergency help when I discovered my hot water tank was leaking. Ryan returned my voicemail out of hours within 1hr he had provided a quote and sorted a plumber to find and replace it a day later. Kept in touch with text messages. Plumber was very experienced did a good job, kept house clean & took old stuff away. So impressed considering changing my maintenance contract over to them & a new boiler. Such a pleasure to talk to someone who is so experienced.

Great service. Two years of boiler servicing, always on time, courtesy text with arrival confirmation, friendly, professional, nest. There was an issue with a valve and they called the same day and returned to resolve the following day. Very happy customer, wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Just had my boiler serviced this morning by engineer Paul, very friendly and polite, kept me informed with service progress, I have had my boiler serviced for the past 6years since installation with the company and am very happy to keep doing so, great job, recommend to anyone.

My elderly Mum has used Surrey Heating Specialists for a few years for boiler servicing and heating problems. Last week she had another problem and Ryan talked me through a solution, which worked really well! He explained it all in an easy to understand way and didn’t charge. Thank you Ryan, you’re a star!

I was kept informed of the time window for the appointment and the engineer rang me to say he was a couple of minutes away. When he arrived he was extremely polite, very thorough with the service and explained what he had done. I've used this company for the past 4 years or so and have never been disappointed. They are excellent and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

Surrey Heating a brilliant company, very good diagnostics carried out, the plumbing in the bathroom was not connected to mains water but a tank in the roof!!! they advised a new boiler and disconnect of the tank, the engineers were very tidy did a very neat job and the problem was solved, excellent boiler install great service thank you

Only needed a gas safety check for our student house, checked what was needed and fixed a few issues in the process! Very prompt, friendly and helpful.

So far so good. After a bad experience with British Gas and an annual Service Contract I asked Surrey Heating some questions of Ryan about them covering my boiler. They went beyond the extra mile (again) and I took out an annual policy with them. For the initial service Paul turned up on time and delivered. Couldn’t ask for more than that
