The installation was very neat and tidy. Riz the assesor was very knowledge at explaining the system to us. We can see the monitoring which is helpful, and benefits from the batteries. Now we are increasing more capacity to our system looking forward to more reduction

Very very happy, Mark was brilliant. Explained things very well, happy with savings so far and look forward to winter and the system helping me run my heat pump on octopus cosy tariff. Install team have been really good, I look at the monitoring 3 times a week.

We had two pylons installed 15 months ago, very satisfied with the outcome, Mark visited to complete a review and identified benefits of increasing the pylons by 2, to help us and the home to be self sufficient. Original Install team were efficient and friendly.

We are no longer dealing with Tres Energy.

Mark is a smooth talker but not technical, the 2 hour sales pitch was very wearing but I asked certain questions which were confirmed. Mark left quickly without leaving documentation as we didn't take the offer there and then (£8.6k for 9kw battery, inverter, gateway - IF we wanted solar panels £10k+ addition).

We chose the battery method. Install was booked very quickly but as didn't accept the initial offer on the day of the quote it seemed to completely mess up their system.

No contract received before install, phoned office with installers outside to confirm if I should let it go ahead as no contract. Yes. They installed.

2 days later we received the contract. A large portion of the sales talk was not included in the contract. The battery was not charging - We found out this was due to us not accepting the offer on the initial quote.

After enquiring, a week after install we finally received a call 'we can talk it through over the phone'. They are not cheap and their customer service is a large part of their pitch. For us, as we didn't accept on the day of the very extended sales pitch/quote it meant the CS was nothing like promised.

Luckily due to office delays we hadn't signed a contract, after discussion all was removed and everything for the initial deposit refunded - hence 2 Stars. They put everything back as it was but I would never recommend them to someone looking at Solar.

Very pleased with the battery and installation. Already noticed a lot of savings on our bills. Riz was very knowledgeable. Pleasant process going through it all, we highly recommend

Nice company to talk to, they have set everything up and system seems to be working well. Mark has been very thorough in explaining everything and selling the product to get the system finished.
