Edgesolar Reviews

Amazing company to work with , great customer service and very reliable

We were a bit taken aback with having to fork out a lot of money for a new item to do with our solar panels. But the young man who said it could cause a fire did his best for us. It was all sorted the very next day by another very polite young man too. Very pleased.

I have added an extra battery to my solar system. They set up monitoring so I can see how my system is performing. Engineer explained the app and I must say it is quite addicting to see what I am saving. Impressive service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding Service from Edge Solar! 🌞⚡

I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service I received from Edge Solar. We had their Bird Mesh Protection installed around our solar panels, and the whole experience from start to finish was excellent. Everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with genuine care. The engineer was punctual, knowledgeable, and worked incredibly efficiently it was clear they really knew their craft and took pride in doing the job properly. 👷‍♂️🔧

A special mention has to go to Winston, whose customer care and support were second to none. From my very first enquiry, he was friendly, honest, and reassuring. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely confident that I was in safe hands. Trust is so important when choosing a company, and I genuinely felt Winston would make sure everything was done to the highest standard. 🙌

The bird mesh installation looks neat, secure, and has given us real peace of mind knowing our panels are now protected from nesting birds and any damage underneath. The whole process was smooth, stress free, and exceeded my expectations.

If you’re considering solar services and want a company you can truly rely on, I would highly recommend Edge Solar without hesitation. Fantastic service, fantastic people, and fantastic results! 🌍☀️

Fantastic service from start to finish

Great work, very clean, very professional and one very very happy customer.
Would most certainly recommend

We recently had a full solar panel installation completed by Edge Electricals & Solar, including 8 panels and a battery storage system, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

We chose them because they are MCS registered and HIES insurance-backed, which gave us real confidence in the quality and protection of the work.

The entire installation process was smooth, professional, and completely hassle-free. The team were punctual, tidy, and clearly very knowledgeable about solar energy systems.

We especially love the monitoring setup, which makes it easy to track our energy generation and savings in real time.

If you’re looking for a reliable and professional solar installer, we would highly recommend Edge Electricals & Solar.

Great customer service, very happy with the work done!
Thank you Edge solar

Personable employee, who was efficient and respected my home. Gave advise and accepted my decision not to buy at this stage. No pressure sales

I recently had a solar panel system installed with a FoxESS battery, and overall I’m very pleased with the results.

From the initial consultation through to installation, the process was straightforward and well organised. The system was clearly explained, including how the battery storage works alongside the panels to maximise self-consumption and reduce reliance on the grid.

The installation itself was completed efficiently and to a good standard. The team were professional, tidy, and took the time to walk me through the system once everything was up and running. All components, including the inverter and battery unit, were neatly installed and look well integrated.

Performance-wise, the system has been working exactly as expected. The FoxESS battery stores excess solar energy during the day and allows me to use it in the evening, which has already made a noticeable difference to my electricity usage. The monitoring app is easy to use and gives a clear overview of generation, storage, and consumption.

We had this company installed 21 panels and battery to our house 4 weeks ago. We have been so impressed with start to finish of the process and even the aftercare call we've just recieved , which prompted my review. Their knowledge and the experienced engineers that visited to install have all been great! Thank you 😊

As a contractor, it’s important to work with companies you can trust — Edge Solar have been spot on. Well organised, easy to deal with, and payments are always prompt. Would definitely recommend working with them.
